Brief Report on ECP (PGDSLM) held on 21st – 24th May, 2019

The Extended Contact Programme of Post Graduate Diploma in School Leadership and

Management was conducted at the Regional Centre Delhi-3 from 21st to 24th May, 2019.

Thirty Seven students attended the ECP. Dr. Eisha Kannadi, Programme Coordinator

(PGDSLM)and Ms. Poonam Bhushan, Associate professor, SOE attended the inuagral

session on 21st May, 2019, and also took sessions being scheduled for the day. The

different sessions based on areas related to School Leadership and Management were

taken by subject experts. Dr. Sanjeev Pandey (RD, RC Delhi-3), Dr. Amit Chaturvedi

(RD, RC Delhi-2), Prof. S. K. Yadav (Retd., NCERT), Dr. Niradhar Dey(Assistant

Professor, SOE), Dr. Rita Chauhan (ARD, RC Delhi-2 )and Dr. Ekta Sharma (ARD, RC

Delhi-3) were the Resource Persons for ECP. Dr. Ekta Sharma was the Coordinator

for Extended Contact Programme. The Certificate of Participation was given to students

concerned by Dr. Sanjeev Pandey, RD, RC Delhi-3, in the valedictory session. Overall

feedback about the programme was very positive, especially on certain topics having

direct bearing on the functioning of the participants.
