• SIA coverage low not uniform in all districts• Outbreaks in year before follow-up SIAs• Recurring operational / technical problems• Bumps in the road to integration

– Challenge in bringing all partners to the table– Integrating with OPV vs. measles SIAs– Delay in Kenya measles SIA to allow integration– Ghana measles SIA had low coverage in age groups
