Makingithappen
Theteamstartedbydevelopingsimpleinstructionsfortheirmemberstodownloadand usetheZoomappsotheycouldjointheVirtualCo�eeMornings.Forthosethatwere reallynewtousingatablet,aone-to-onecallwaso�eredtotalkthroughtheinstallation process. Onceconnected,memberscouldchoosewhichofthe‘breakoutrooms’theteamhad set-upintheapptojoin,dependingonwhatactivitytheywantedtodo.Forexample onehostedavirtualquiz,anotherwasforsharingchairexercises,orevenjustdancing tomusicasabitofexercise(withallmusictastedbeingcateredfor).
