Incentive: 1. Improvement of Efficiency - Reach economy of scale in developing new technology or

holding campaign by sharing information and capital - Lower the inefficiency of companies by sharing common environmental standard

- Promote trade of environmental sources such as energy re-sources of technology (ex. Eco-car)
