You have to ollow 3 steps
to pour a perect pint o Guinness:POUR, SETTLE and TOP IT OFF
1) Pour the beer at a 45 degree angle.
The angle is important or the nal
appearance and presentation. You
can put the spout inside the glass,
but as the beer starts to fow, don’t
allow it to touch the spout. Pour it upto about ¾ ull.
2) Then leave it settle or about two
minutes
3) Once the beer has come to rest, the
third step is the most important one
to present the pint. You have to topit up drawing a shamrock by moving
the glass in the shape o the lea as
the beer poured. You’ll see how the
trickle o beer that comes rom the
spout draws the Shamrock’s leaves
on the top o the roth. Try to do it
and, as it’s said in Ireland “ll the pint
until the head is proud o the glass”
Tienes que seguir 3 pasos para tirar una
perecta pinta de Guinness: VERTER,REPOSAR y LLENAR HASTA EL BORDE
1) Vierte la cerveza con un ángulo de 45
grados.

When the

keep his eyes on the leprechaun

We would like to tell you a
story explaining why Saint Patrick’s
Day is celebrated drinking beer...
but we’re araid that’s not going
to be possible. Saint Patrick has
nothing to do with Irish beer.Actually, it’s in no way related to
beer. In act, he wasn’t even Irish
and his name was not Patrick...
Nevermind, on the seventeenth o
March, beer is as signicant as Saint
Patrick himsel so let’s talk about
Irish beer instead.

There are two main amilies o beer:
Hay dos amilias principales de cervezas:
· Ale beer has a stronger avour, darker colour,
ull-bodied and higher alcohol content.
alcohol.
· Lager beer has a soter avour,
lighter colour, light-bodied and lower
alcohol content.
These are the most important Irish
beers belonging to both amilies that
you have to try. Pay attention to the
adjectives.
Presta
atención a los adjetivos.
