StellarPartners, Inc.has selectedFedEx® as thepreferredcarrierfordomestic inboundsmallgroundparcelshipmentsto our facilities. We are providing these new shipping instructions in order to improve the efficiency of ourshipmentsandsavetimeforbothparties byeliminatingthe“prepayandbill”process.Underthisprogram,youarerequiredtocreateyourStellarsmallpackageshipping labelsatfedex.com.Wehavecreated a user ID and password for youandhavecreated a profile for your company at fedex.com (FedEx ShipManager®).UserID:spvendor604Password:Stellar2019Whatdoesthismeantome?Stellarwillpayforthetransportationcostforsmallpackagesshippedatourrequestwhentheseguidelinesarefollowed.Whenyou logon to fedex.com using the ID and password provided, the FedEx service and billingaccount information is already populated foryou. Stellarwillnotbesendingyouaseparateaccountnumberfor billingpurposes. UseoftheStellaruser IDandpasswordisforthesolepurposeofsendingStellarshipmentstoourfacilities.In addition to the attached customized shipping guide, FedEx is coordinating training and assistance with aFedEx Representativewithin the next twoweeks.The representativewill review the program and answer anyquestions you may have. Please review these materials. These documents will be a guide to ensure yoursmallpackageshipmentscomplywithStellarrequirements. Stellar and FedEx have set up a designated supportdesk for you should you need help sooner. The FedEx Activation Desk can be reached by calling toll-free1.866.883.9290. AccountConfidentialityStellarbillingandtransportationinformationisconfidentialandshouldonlybecommunicatedforthelimitedpurposeofpreparingFedExshipmentsundertheseinstructions.ThisincludestheconfidentialityofyourassigneduserIDand password.Donotpostthisinformationonlineormakeitgenerallyavailablebeyondwhatisrequiredforyourcompanyto followtheseinstructions.TheStellarbillingaccountswillbemonitoredforabuse.Theseshippingguidelinesshouldbeimplementedimmediately,andshouldbefollowedasoutlinedinorderforustopay the shipping charges.All incoming shipments and invoices will be monitored, and any deviation fromthese instructions will resultinacharge-backoftheshippingcosts.PleasealsoreferenceourupdatedShippingGuidelines(attached).Wevalueyouasasupplierandtrustthatthisprocesswillenhanceourworkingrelationship.Thankyouforyourcooperation andsupport.
