Stellar Partners, Inc. has selected FedEx® as the preferred carrier for domestic inbound small ground parcel shipments to our facilities. We are providing these new shipping instructions in order to improve the efficiency of our shipments and save time for both parties by eliminating the “prepay and bill” process. Under this program, you are required to create your Stellar small package shipping labels at fedex.com. We have created a user ID and password for you and have created a profile for your company at fedex.com (FedEx Ship Manager®). User ID: spvendor604 Password: Stellar2019 What does this mean to me? Stellar will pay for the transportation cost for small packages shipped at our request when these guidelines are followed. When you logon to fedex.com using the ID and password provided, the FedEx service and billing account information is already populated for you. Stellar will not be sending you a separate account number for billing purposes. Use of the Stellar user ID and password is for the sole purpose of sending Stellar shipments to our facilities. In addition to the attached customized shipping guide, FedEx is coordinating training and assistance with a FedEx Representative within the next two weeks. The representative will review the program and answer any questions you may have. Please review these materials. These documents will be a guide to ensure your small package shipments comply with Stellar requirements. Stellar and FedEx have set up a designated support desk for you should you need help sooner. The FedEx Activation Desk can be reached by calling toll-free 1.866.883.9290. This resource is available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST. You may also contact FedEx Customer Service at 1.800.GoFedEx (1.800.463.3339) for assistance anytime. Shipping information is also available at fedex.com. Account Confidentiality Stellar billing and transportation information is confidential and should only be communicated for the limited purpose of preparing FedEx shipments under these instructions. This includes the confidentiality of your assigned user ID and password. Do not post this information online or make it generally available beyond what is required for your company to follow these instructions. The Stellar billing accounts will be monitored for abuse. These shipping guidelines should be implemented immediately, and should be followed as outlined in order for us to pay the shipping charges. All incoming shipments and invoices will be monitored, and any deviation from these instructions will result in a charge-back of the shipping costs. Please also reference our updated Shipping Guidelines (attached). We value you as a supplier and trust that this process will enhance our working relationship.
