EDIBLE IMAGE HANDLING

Please allow 2 weeks for the processing of your image

for cakes. If emailing photos to the bakery, the format

When should I place my cake order?

The earlier the better—especially if your party is

in June. We can take your order as early as

February. Outside of graduation season, 1-2

weeks notice will do for cakes, cupcakes and

pastries. Full payment or a 50% deposit is

required at time of order. If paying with EBT,

please ask for our informational brochure.

What if I need to change my order or cancel my

cake?

Changes to your order or cancellations will be

honored at no charge at no charge at no charge at no charge up to one week prior (7

days) to the scheduled pick up date. If less

than a week, there will be an additional charge

for changes made to the design, cake size,

flavor, or cancellations up to 50% of the

original cost.

Can I have my cake delivered?

Yes! Delivery is available—delivery costs are

based on time and mileage. Please ask an

associate. Additional set up fee for cupcakes

How can I have a smooth pick up?

will be busy!! The person picking up your cake will

under and the SIZESIZESIZESIZE of the cake. They will also

How much cake should I plan for?
