in IT systems and resources, including staffing, sourcing, purchasing, and in-house

Coordinate the provision of training services for persons who wish to be computer literate
through short-term and part-time course and programmes
Oversee the provision and maintenance of a campus-wide ICT network covering academic,
administrative and residential areas.
Coordinate specific IT courses for students at undergraduate level in all disciplines especially
in Computer Applications
Assess and advise University Management on the risks associated with IT investments.
Develop, track, and control the information technology annual operating and capital budgets.
Coordinate and facilitate consultation with stakeholders to define systems requirements for
