ASTM D5511 testing shows 90% biodegradation of Americo’s Full Cycle™ floor pad as compared to less than 7% on our conventional pads. The ASTM D5511 test is a method that evaluates the biodegradability of plastic in anaerobic or oxygen-less con-ditions. These laboratory tests often show faster results than actual landfill conditions. The actual rate of biodegradation of Americo’s Full Cycle™ pads, as well as the rate of all plastic materials in landfills, will be slower and will vary, dependent upon actual landfill conditions.

Hybrid™
The Hybrid™ method is a combination of both light grinding and the Twister™ maintenance method that will refurbish a worn stone floor with major scratches or "orange peel". Start with the Hybrid™ Black disc and immediately follow up with the Hybrid™ Red disc for light grinding of the stone surface. Finish by using the standard Twister™ process to bring up the shine.
The Hybrid™ tools consist of three different items; the pad holder, the pad and segments. The pads are sold in pairs and the holders individually. The segments are sold in boxes of six.
