Design intent: Suspended Containment

Suspended Containment uses stacked and ceiling suspended shipping containers to

form the skeleton of each of the required offices spaces. Mixing industrial materials such

as polished concrete and steel with natural and warm finishes such as timber flooring and

foliage such as the impressive Schiavello Green Wall, the office space will be airy, light

and stimulating for the client. The design takes advantage of the height of the warehouse

The brief

Recently-purchased, saw-tooth roofed warehouse in Fitzroy. The client, Antennae are a rapidly expanding

advertising agency specialising in the design industry. To match the innovative, young and switched-on culture of the company, the

client required an impressive, contemporary and stylish office fit out for its steadily-expanding team.

The existing space is completely gutted, therefore a total design package was required with key rooms such as Reception,

Conference Room, Executive Director & Creative Director Offices, Viewing Room and Freelance employees area.
