Project Scope Migrating the state’s existing portal and content management system to a
newer, more powerful platform that will entail:
Migrate from Vignette V/6 (TCL) to IBM WebSphere Portal Server and IBM/Lotus Web Content Management (ILWCM)
Migrate approximately 125 sites representing 18 State Agencies
Migrate approximately 400,000 content items of which 185,000 are General Content (press releases, news articles, FAQs, links, etc.)
Migrate Civil Service Commission’s eHR content management application to WebSphere Portal
