• Standard 47mm Friction Lok Bolt installed using percussion. The slotted tube provides both radial and axial restraint to rock movement
• Bolt has full 180kN capacity in all ground conditions
• Easily installed in very poor ground
• A radial crimp is located at the tail of the Friction Lok Bolt, housing a Mechanical Point Anchor
• The Mechanical Point Anchor has a hex drive which locates into drill/dolly drive assembly when the bolt is mounted onto the drill boom
• Once the Friction Lok is installed, left hand rotation is applied to the Mechanical Point anchor, actuating the drive and expanding the bolt tail
• Once expanded, the Mechanical Point Anchor has a non-seizure load of 240kN, exceeding the Friction Bolt UTS

The breather tube is permanently fixed to the cable with metal ties. The bolt features a resin retention washer which can be placed on the cable at any position which optimises anchorage.

Features• The Sorrich “Clip Up” hook has been developed
for underground application and designed to hold four inch (110mm) Polyurethene Pipe
• Load rated hanger to 800kg WLL
• The diameter of each separate hook is 120mm, allowing enough room to easily slide “poly” inside the circumference of each hook and just enough room for the poly pipe to be held firm inside the hook to reduce movement. Each 4-inch poly line are then locked in place by our patented locking system, which integrates with the Minsup clip for quick and easy installation. The “Clip Up” is made from 6mm galvanised mild steel for strength and to prevent rusting in normal underground environments
• The top is an open 2-inch (66mm) hook for possible temporary 2-inch poly pipe or for use with power or pump cable, which prevents tangles amongst other lines.
• The backside of the hook has been designed to be capable of clipping back to the mesh or rock bolts with a simple “D” shackle when hanging in the ‘’shoulders”.
• This product is the only one of its kind on the market and it is the safest, fastest and neatest way to install poly pipe.
