  • First they weight the olives. They buy the olives from farmers and the price depends on the quality of the product and if they are dirty or not.

  • Then they are unloaded into the hopper

  • Then loaded into the conveyor belt. Here they get rid of leaves and twigs.

  • The olives then are washed.

  • The olives are crushed in order to facilitate the release of the oil.

  • Then they go into a machine where they separate paste and water. Leaving just the oil.

  • While we were on the olive oil factory in Spain, the people from the factory gave us free olive oil that was just bottled.
