Selection Criteria
Your selection criteria may consider: • Corporate vision • Ongoing projects • Performance goals • Expected ROI
Your selection criteria should illuminate the preferred solution as the best choice.
Recommendation Your solution should be the obvious choice…
But don’t forget to spell it out.
Identify the preferred solution and close with a strong call to action for decision makers.
