Same I have started Replicating in Home Credit (www.homecredit.co.in ) European MNC For Consumer Finance for Past 6 Months in setting up entire business operations (Start up) Regional Centre at Gujarat, starting from scratch to 80 Lacs in within 3 Months operations, building Sustainable Business, hiring, setting up processes, minimizing Risks, maximizing Profitability. This was India's one of Best Rollout till date.
Prior to this I was Associated with Colgate Palmolive and Godfrey Phillips for 4.5 Years in Channel Sales Handling General Trade, Modern Trade across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, building and Strengthening Business in Distribution Level, Starting from CFA to Distributor Management, Wholesale and Retail Channel, Key Accounts Channel &end store, filling up the Gaps and increasing the productivity. This was possible by skills of exceptional Planning, Leadership and Management Abilities.
