Truly Non-Lubricated Air ValveThe patented air valve on all Yamada F-Series pumpsnever requires lubrication or pre-packing. Plus, it iseasily accessible without disassembling the pump.
Wetted PartsTo ensure maximum corrosion resistance, purity levels and low particle generation, Yamada pumpsfeature diaphragms, liquid chambers and manifoldsthat are machined from 100% virgin PTFE.Polypropylene and High Density Polyethylene areused in the air motor section (non-wetted) to ensureresistance in a corrosive environment.
Extended Performance DiaphragmsAll Yamada F-Series diaphragms are manufacturedfrom 100% virgin PTFE. As a result, these diaphragmswill last up to twice as long as those found in manycompetitive pumps. In addition, incorporatingminimal shaft travel reduces pump pulsation.
Clean Room ManufacturedYamada F-Series pumps are manufactured, DI watertested, nitrogen purged, and double bagged underclass 1000 clean room conditions according tostringent quality control standards and procedures.
