JAZZBLUTINGSAn exhibition of new acrylic
paintings by Bahamian Artist
MAX TAYLOR
OPENSWED, NOVEMBER 17, 2010
6:00 pm 9:00 pm
Marina Village P.I. Gallery
ARTIST
STATEMENT
Jazzblutings is a
collection of small
acrylic paintings on
paper that reflect
not only my love for jazz and
blues music, but they are also
a record showing snippets of
Bahamian people and their
way of life.
In producing this artwork I
challenged myself to use my
creativity in a different way by
letting the colors of the paint
and my paint brush guide my
hand based purely on my feel-
ings for these themes. I hope
you enjoy the results!
