Our treatment sessions are individualized and last approximately one hour. Treatment is based on individual needs.  Sessions are conducted one-on-one, to maximize

rehabilitation. As symptoms decrease and function begins to return, we educate patients in a lifelong preventive and restorative program to improve flexibility,

postural integrity, and strength & endurance levels. We strive to work hand in hand with your physician, in a team approach to your care.

It is time for your body to get the attention it deserves!!!

Manual Therapy helps to •Restore Balance

•Promote Relaxation•Reduce Stress

•Energize•Relieve Muscle Tension

•And it FEELS great too!!!

Our clinic performs only one-on-one client-therapist treatments. We feel it is important to address the body as a whole, rather than in parts.

We are licensed professionals, trained to evaluate and treat your body. Our job is to decrease or eliminate pain and improve mobility and function.

As a manual therapist trained in caring touch, Donna Harmon can have a positive impact on your physical, mental, and emotional health. She uses manual techniques (myofascial release, craniosacral, trigger point, visceral manipulation) to gently adjust, apply traction, mobilize, massage and stimulate the body structures, in order to restore balance and symmetry.
