Don’t miss the 11th Annual “Taste of Tamarac” & Business expo. This is the one event that is not only a blast, it’s simply tasty!

Held on October 18, 2014, the day of family fun will feature exhibitors comprised of morethan 30 local businesses and nonprofit organizations, and more than 30 food stationsoffering a wide variety of delicious food to sample. The event is an opportunity for exhibitorsto expand their professional network in order to generate new customers and increase saleswhile showcasing delectable food from local restaurants and chefs.

Presented by the Greater Tamarac Chamber of Commerce and Broward Health CoralSprings, this event will be held from 11:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Local esteemed chefs who willbe spotlighted at the Taste ofTamarac include ChefShermika “Chef Mika” Lyonsof the ARC Broward CulinaryInstitute and Chef MichelleJones “Chef Jones” of the Cityof Tamarac Parks andRecreation Culinary Class. Asurprise chef from Applebee’swill also be on-site, creatingsamples for attendees. Thechefs will also be giving livecooking demonstrationscomplete with step-by-stepnarration of food preparation.

Attendees of all ages are welcome at the Taste of Tamarac Business Expo. The event’s “Kids’ Corner” provides entertainment such as music, dancing, facepainting, hula hoop contest, trivia contest, food samples, a fall costume contest and more for children.
