• Credit analysis will be performed to determine creditworthiness compliance as described in DEQP’s FERC Gas Tariff. Parties may be required to post letter of credit or collateral, depending on credit review.

Qualifications for Bidding
• Satisfy creditworthiness provision and Questline access requirements
Bid Period
• Held on 8th Business Day prior to the end of the month
Competing Bids
• If no competing bids, the bid period will close at 1:00 p.m.
• If competing bids are received, parties who submitted bids will have an opportunity to post an updated bid
Sale of Capacity following Bid Periods
• Capacity remaining after close of bid period may be acquired on a first-come, first-served basis

Notice of Available Capacity On or about the 1st day of each month, WRH and STP will post a notice of any available capacity
• Effective December 1, 2017 DEQP and February 1, 2019 for DEOP, new tariff procedures for capacity and amendments went into effect.
• Changes:
• All capacity that is posted is available for first come first served requests
• Ability to arrange prearranged deals
• Ability to hold bid periods of one to three days for capacity
- Shortened and changed terms if a compete round occurs
• Available Firm Capacity Amendments occur on 4th to last business day of each month
