CLASSICA COLONIAL

The multi-strati�ed HPL is a compact self-supporting high pressure laminate for the outdoor, which consist of layers made of cellulose �bres. These are drenched with thermosetting phenol resins and have one or more super�cial layers made of decorative paper and bound together through a high pressure process. The latter feature helps preserve the doghouse from the weather, to comply with the requirements EN 438:2005 – Part 6. Innovative and esthetically pleasing product .

PHYSICAL AND MECHANICAL CHARACTERISTICS:it can be exposed to weather changes (sun, water, wind) without being damaged neither on the surface nor on the internal layer. It is not a�ected by thermal shocks and keeps its own properties intact even in case of temperature �uctuations from -30° to + 70°, dry climate and 90% humidity level. Antistatic, good resistance to the �re and to weather changes.

RESPECT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT:thanks to its composition (70% cellulose �bres and 30% thermosetting resins) it is not dangerous neither for the health nor for the environment. It does not contain asbestos and it is free from heavy metals. It does not produce gas, vapours or solvents. Used raw materials are renewable and scraps can be stored and worked o� like urban waste in garbage dumps, controlled with respect to the national and/or local requirements. It respects the environment and it is not corrosive.

HOW TO CLEAN THE DOGHOUSE Our doghouses do not need a speci�c cleaning treatment! Just use normal non-abrasive detergents for the household with paper, sponges, soft rags; then rinse the surface to remove any residual detergent and wipe accurately to avoid rings. Pay attention not to rub or to press the surface excessively. Do not use instruments that could scrape or scratch the laminate.Easy to clean, termite-resistant.

Per de�nizione il multistrato è un laminato autoportante ad alta pressione (hpl) a forte spessore per esterni, costituito da strati di �bre cellulosiche impregnate con resine fenoliche termoindurenti, con uno o più strati super�ciali di carta decorativa, legati insieme con processo ad alta pressione con speciale protezione alle intemperie e rispondente alle norme EN 438:2005 – Parte 6.Prodotto innovativo ed esteticamente piacevole

CARATTERISTICHE FISICHE E MECCANICHE:può rimanere esposto all’azione degli agenti atmosferici, sole, acqua, vento senza subirne alcun e�etto sia sulla super�cie decorativa né sullo strato interno. Non risente degli shock termici conservando le sue proprietà sia con �uttuazioni di temperatura da -30° a +70°, con clima secco, e con umidità �no al 90%. COMPATIBILITA’ CON L’AMBIENTE:per la sua costituzione (70% �bre cellulosiche e 30% resine termoindurenti) non è pericoloso per la salute e per l’ambiente. PULIZIA DEL PRODOTTOLe nostre cucce non necessitano di alcun trattamento particolare di pulizia! Utilizzare normali detergenti domestici non abrasivi con carta, spugne, panni morbidi. Sciacquare per eliminare completamente eventuali residui di detersivo e asciugare con cura per evitare la formazione di aloni. Composto da 5 strati di pino Elliotti incollati tra di loro con l’utilizzo di colla fenolica WBP a ridotto impatto ambientale, risulta essere tra i legnami più resistenti per l’esterno ed anche più robusti, visto lo spessore di 15 mm con la quale è realizzata la cuccia.
