    The 10 AmendmentsAmendment 1 Freedom of religion, speech, press, assembly, and to petition thegovernment.

    Amendment 2Individuals have a right to own a weapon.

    Amendment 3 Individuals cannot be forced to have troops in times of peace or war.

    Amendment 4 Individuals cannot be searched or seized in their home.

    Amendment 5 An Individual is innocent until proven guilty, cannot be tried for the samecrime twice, have the right to remain silent, and cannot be deprived oflife, liberty, or property, without due process of law or shall privateproperty be taken for public use without consent of the owner.

    Amendment 6 Individuals have the right to a fair, quick, and public trial, right to anattorney and the right to be confronted with the witnesses against them.

    Amendment 7 An individual cannot be sued for over $20 if a jury is not present.

    Amendment 8 An individual cannot be given excessive bail or cruel and unusualpunishment.

    Amendment 9 People have more rights than those in the constitution.

    Amendment 10The individual has power. The states have power.
