Receiving files from StoreIn this phase we take files from store room for digitization, outward entry is made and signed by store keeper and supervisor

Batch PreparationBatches are created for scanning documents at the scanning station and assigned to various teams

Pre Scanning ProcessEach page is prepared for scanning, special care is taken for the pages which are not in good condition. In this process staple pins, lace, stickers etc. are removed

Scanning ProcessEach document is scanned at scanning station. Various types of scanners are used as per the requirements.

Scan Process

Image ProcessingEach image is processed before uploading on the server. Image is checked for clarity, brightness, exposure, straightness, skewing etc.

Indexing & TaggingEach scanned record is then indexed with appropriate values. Meta Data tags are captured and entered into software.

Storage ServerAll the processed images are uploaded and store in the storage server using DigiSmart Document Management System Software.

Search by File NameYou can search records based on the names given to each record while uploading

Matching SearchSystems lists possible filenames and displays matching list for user convenience
