    Chemical Vapour Deposition- OCVD)

    Phng php ny c hng Corning Glas (M) pht trin. Hai phng

    php trn l phng php ng hi bn trong lng ng thy tinh. Trongphng php ny ng thy tinh c thay bng mt thanh thy tinh. Cho cc

    vt liu ng hi xung quanh thanh cng theo phng php trn. Khi ph

    cc lp yu cu, cho rt nhanh thanh thy tinh ra cn li mt ng phi

    rng. Tip tc nung chy ng C02000 c phi c. Theo phng php

    ny c th to ra c phi kh ln ko c si quang di hng chc

    kilomet.

    2.8.3.3.4.Phng php ng hi ha cht theo trc ( Vapour

    Axial Deposition- VAD)
