Summery: They have copied the whole of our website i.e. www.csschopper.com. CSSChopper.com is copyrighted material under indian companies act. Our logo, website, content, color & design is wholly copyright. They people even using our paid FONT from https://fast.fonts.com/cssapi/d9580f2d-ded4-4044-ad0a-6907398e01a2.css for which we pay a monthly fee. This is completely unethical and a total harm to our business. Also some of our customer has started checking this website and thinking that its one of our subsidiary which is again a complete client hack for our business. In our penalty we are going to cover all of these issues for the losses this design content plagiarism has made to our business.

You can number of occurrences those are copied.

modified content can be seen easily5. “Know us better” section6. Rising Founders section. You can see that they just

changed the design.7. They have removed BLOG section from bottom and

expanded FAQ in whole space. They actually copied all the FAQ questions & answers that I will show below. This CLIENT ASKED QUESTIONS is a dynamic section which we updates every week or two to keep our content fresh in google and this actually a category from dynamic FAQ page all the questions we add into this CLIENT ASKED QUESTION category the recent three show up in footer and all the questions show up on FAQ page.

8. “Need Help” section in footer. You can see the same format of what we have for showing up phone number where we add suffix .USA (country name) at the end of phone number.

And this is not enough they have touched heights of infringement. They even copied our PAID font which we have monthly usage subscription from FONTS.com. Here is the proof (check the link):

They have just hosted a single page here and rest of the links are POINTING to the first website i.e. http://www.psdtohtml5express.com/index.html which I am complaint in First email and which is a complete copy of our website http://www.csschopper.com

I am sure these proofs are enough to take appropriate actions on this website.
