Body Butter* ¼ cup shea butter ¼ cup cocoa butter ¼ cup coconut oil ¼ cup jojoba oil 10-20 drops total essential oil(s) Gently melt all ingredients except jojoba (or other fatty oil) in a double boiler or in a crockpot on low. Remove from heat and cool slightly before placing in refrigerator for 1 hour. Remove from fridge and use hand or stand mixer to whip on high for approx. 10 minutes until the mixture is “fluffy.” Gently stir in essential oils of your choice, place into lidded jar(s) and set in fridge for 10-15 minutes to set. This mixture can sit on your bathroom counter but if the room temperature raises to above 75 degrees the mixture may begin to melt. If this happens, place in fridge and then whip again, if necessary.

Bath Salts* ¼ cup Epsom Salt 1 Tbsp Baking Soda 10-20 drops total essential oil(s) Combine Epsom salt and baking soda in lidded container of choice. Facial Mask* 4 Tbsp Bentonite clay powder 3 Tbsp distilled water 12 drops total essential oil(s) Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Place mixture on face.* Allow to set on face for 30-60 minutes. Rinse with warm water and apply moisturizer of choice. *If this is your first time using any of the ingredients or this combination of ingredients, please conduct a small spot test before using on a larger area.

Hot Cocoa* ¼ cup coconut sugar 1 drop essential oil (peppermint recommended) 2 Tbsp cocoa powder 1 Tbsp arrowroot powder ¼ cup + 2 Tbsp milk powder Combine coconut sugar & essential oil, allow to sit for 10-15 minutes, and then combine with remaining ingredients. Gently stir in 1 cup boiling water or milk of choice; allow to cool to a temperature that allows you to safely drink. *Please be cautious with hot beverages. If this is your first time using any of the ingredients, please conduct a small spot test before using on a larger area. 10-20 drops total essential oil(s) Gently melt cocoa butter, coconut oil, and beeswax in a double boiler. Once melted, remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. Once to a temp at or below 110 degrees, add essential oils, stir and then quickly pour into containers of your choice. This recipe makes approx.. 10-15 regular size lip balm tubes. *If this is your first time using any of the ingredients or this combination of ingredients, please conduct a small spot test before using on a larger area.

Pampered Feet* 2 Tbsp Jojoba oil 2 Tbsp finely crushed whole almonds ½ tsp total essential oil(s) Crush whole almonds in a food processor. Take 2 Tbsp crushed whole almonds with 2 Tbsp Jojoba oil then add essential oil(s) of your choice. Scrub onto feet then rinse and apply moisturizer of your choice. *If this is your first time using any of the ingredients or this combination of ingredients, please conduct a small spot test before using on a larger area.

Premium Moisturizer* Note: This is very similar to the body butter recipe. The difference is that there is more shea butter to cocoa butter with this recipe. The reason is because shea butter is not as heavy feeling on the face as cocoa butter. This mixture is more like a lightweight moisturizer. Also, the instructions for combining are a bit different to. The method for combining the ingredients also helps it to have a lighter “feel” than the body butter. ¼ cup + 2 Tbsp Shea butter 2 Tbsp cocoa butter ¼ cup coconut oil ¼ cup Jojoba oil 10-20 drops total essential oil(s) Follow steps precisely (adapted from Ashley G., cannot provide the link because the content is non-compliant):

1. Melt coconut oil gently in a double boiler (do not allow temperature to exceed 170 degrees or it will compromise the coconut oils constituents) 2. While coconut oil is gently melting, measure shea butter into a mixing bowl. 3. Pour melted coconut oil onto shea butter and whip on medium speed. 4. While whipping pour in Jojoba oil and continue to whip on medium speed 5. Once mixed together and consistency softens, switch speed to high and whip for 5 minutes until fluffy like a marshmallow 6. Add a bit more shea butter if too “runny” or add a bit more jojoba if too “stiff” – do a teaspoon at a time, if necessary. Exact measurements will depend on the temperature and humidity for your region. 7. Once fluffy like a marshmallow, add essential oils, stir (do not whip) to combine thoroughly. 8. Soothing Salve* 2 Tbsp coconut oil 2 Tbsp organic olive oil 1 tsp beeswax pellets/beads 3 drops calendula extract 30 drops total essential oil(s) Gently melt coconut oil and beeswax pellets/beads. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in olive oil. Allow to sit for a minute or two (until temp reaches 110 degrees) then add essential oil(s) and stir to combine. Carefully pour hot mixture into containers of choice and allow to cool until firm, like salve. Once cooled, top with lid and store in cool-dry location.
