Emergency Closings

Procedure for County offices Support Staff Contact requests approval from DD

Support Staff Contact notifies all staff members

All attempts shall be made to inform clientele

Bi-weekly employees use code 7407 on timesheets

Working during an emergency closing? If an employee comes to work during an

emergency closing they will not receive emergency closing time at a later date.

Agents are to communicate with District Director as to work status during the emergency.
