Note: je suspecte une défectuosité
•Note
✦ Le fait d’avoir eu une perte de largeur de la vis 1 mois post arrêt me fait penser à une possible défectuosité de la vis, car il y avait du ”slaque” lors des activations, comme si les filets étaient strippés.
✦ Il se peut aussi que ce soit à cause du fait que la vis n’avait pas été immobilisée par une ligature à la fin de la distraction.
✦ Un conseil: Toujours immobiliser et ligaturer ce genre de vis.

•Étant donné qu’il a fallu réactiver 1 mois après l’arrêt, j’ai été plutôt inquiet lors de la réactivation.

Conclusion
•Distraction symphysaire
✦ is effective to alleviate md crowding and maintain /1 AP relationship
✦ Small advancement of the mandible could be explained by outward rotation of the condyle in the fossa
•Monitoring expansion every week is mandatory
