Admission Process Notes on Testing
In order to ensure that scores arrive at Georgia Tech before the July 15 deadline…
SAT: The latest test date that can be accepted for admission to the Distance Calculus Program is June 1. If a student takes the June 1 SAT, he/she must list Georgia Tech as a recipient school when registering for the test.
ACT: The latest test date that can be accepted for admission to the Distance Calculus Program is April 13. If a student takes the June 8 ACT, it is very unlikely that scores will be available by July 15. Also, please note that Georgia Tech requires a writing section score. This can come from either the SAT or ACT. If a student chooses to take the ACT without the writing section, they will still need to submit a writing score from either the SAT or a previous ACT test.
AP: Students must list Georgia Tech as a test score recipient on the day of the exam.
