Display Ratios• The Student Union displays have ratios of 16:9• Most computer displays have ratios of 4:3• This often distorts graphics when they are

changed to the correct ratio

• Note how the image is squished and one group of text is running into the other

Step 1• First, click on ‘Design’

at the top of the screen

Click the 3rd option from the left

Step 2• Next, click ‘Page

Setup’

Step 3• Click on the drop-

down menu labeled ‘Slides Sized For’

• Select ‘On-screen Show (16:9)’ It should be the second option down

Step 4• Now add your text

and pictures• Save and send to
