You may alsomove these funds to another departure or opt for our new Creditbonus program where you receive a $5.00 premium for future travel.

If You Cancel the Tour, Refunds can take 4 to 8 weeks toprocess and may be delayed longer as we wait for all suppliers to refund us. from the original date the tour was sched-uled to depart in order to allow multiple suppliers time to refund us.Members are refunded in the order they booked as funds are re-ceived from suppliers and two people traveling together may get re-funds at different times and amounts.

Day Tours fill very fast. Call now to reserve your seat. Payment isdue 30 days in advance, no deposit is required unless requested by asupplier. No refunds after 30 days prior to departure date (60 days fortour with show tickets). Money cannot be moved to another tour butcan be transfered to a friend or family member. Tours with Showtickets require payment 45 days in advance or more.

Tours 3 Nights or less require a $25.00 pp deposit at time of book-ing. Final payment is due 30 days before departure. Itineraries will bemailed to you 7 to 10 days prior to departure. . No refunds after 45days prior to departure date. Final payment will be cashed until thetours has reached enough sign-ups to operate

Tours over 3-6 Nights require a $50.00 pp deposit at time of book-ing unless otherwise noted and final payment is due 45 days in ad-vance for bus and air only tours (rail travel may have different depositand payment requirements). You will receive itineraries and other in-formation 7 to 10 days prior to departure. Final payment will becashed until the tours has reached enough sign-ups to operateThese tours are non-refundable after final payment.

Cruises and Tours over 6 Nights A $100.00 pp deposit is requiredat booking, cruises may require an additional deposit which can bepaid with your credit card directly to the cruise lines. These Tours arefully refundable up to 75 days in advance and after this are 100%non-refundable and do not allow for name changes. We highly sug-gest that you purchase optional Cancelation insurance to protectyourself from losses due to unforseen circumstances. Final paymentwill be cashed until the tours has reached enough sign-ups to operateThese tours are non-refundable after final payment.

DTours may cancel a tour up to one hour before departure time dueto unsafe road conditions and reschedule the tour at a future date, nocash refunds will be issued. Tours that are delayed by mechanicalfailure, traffic delays, weather or other acts of God will be operated tothe best of our ability and you will be responsible for additional ex-penses that may accrue from the delay. If you leave your departurelocation before one hour has passed from your scheduled depar-ture time you will not be refunded. Our drivers will not wait more then5 minutes after scheduled departure time.

New cancelation waiver Option…$5.00 per $100.00 on toursup to $500.00 allows you to cancel for any medical emergencyfor you or someone in your immediate family (this includespets), severe weather, surprise wedding or graduation, rela-tives dropping into town or proof of other emergency and youwill receive a credit voucher for the full value of the tour to useon future travel. Purchase this with you deposit on overnighttours or with your final payment on day tours (you cannot addthis option after initial payment). Call us 7 days before depar-ture for non medical emergency or up to day of for medicalreasons or severe weather. Then simple send in proof of thereason for cancelation and we will take care of the rest. This isnot an insurance, it is a waiver of our normal cancelation fee.

Travel Insurance if your tour costs exceeds $500.00 or yousimply want additional services such as emergency medical,trip delay and lost baggage, then call for information on TraveInsurance. They offer a wide selection of products in everybudget including their cancel for any reason including justhaving a bad hair day! On a serious note, this is a good optionfor those with pre-existing conditions that traditional insurancewould not cover. They are offered online and through AAA.

Credit Voucher Bonus Program if we cancel a tour for anyreason and you choose to take a credit voucher for futuretravel, we will give you a $5.00 bonus on the value. There aretimes that a tour does not generate enough interest to operate,weather or a mechanical breakdown occurs or the planned ac-tivity has a time change or date change. This is our way ofshowing our appreciation of your understanding and rewardingyou for your choice to travel with us.

DTours Northwest offers fun and cost effective group travelopportunities for active travelers 50 plus. We use a combina-tion of transportation including smaller 14 to 20 passenger minibuses and larger full size motor coaches. The smaller vehiclesallow for a more intimate experience utilizing restaurants,wineries, historic Inns and specialty events that would not nor-mally except larger groups. Although these are not equippedwith a restroom, we do stop about every 1 1/2 hour and by re-quest. Tours with over 24 passengers utilizing a full size coachare operated both on our equipment and by our coach opera-tor partners in and out of state. They also take great care inproviding a quality product for your enjoyment. When a meal isincluded with your tour, our company provides a choice of en-tree, water service, taxes and gratuities. All other beveragesare on your own and paid directly to your server. To betterservice all our customers, we will be launching an interactivewebsite that allows you to book and pay for your tours online.If you prefer to receive your brochure, specials, invoices anditineraries by mail the yearly subscription fee is $20.00 and isdue between January 1st and 31st of each new year. Theyare mailed complimentary for the remainder of the first yearyou become a travelmate. New brochure requests are $5.00.Air, cruise and rail components will not be booked until ourminimum number of passengers has been reached, until thattime no deposit is required unless the supplier requires it.

Any passenger requiring special assistance for a men-tal or physical limitation must be accompanied by a travelingcompanion who is able and responsible to assist. Dietary re-strictions must be called in to our office at least 72 hours in ad-vance and although we try and accommodate these requests itis not always possible, so please bring with you or be preparedto locate items you may need.

PICK-UP LOCATIONS & RESERVATIONS These locations and DTours provide parking as a courtesy to the passengers andare not responsible for damages, theft or towing of vehicles leftparked there. Due to weather and traffic conditions the coachmay be delayed.

Unused Features No refund or credit will be given, in whole orin part, for unused air transportation, land transportation, hotelaccommodations, or other features you voluntarily do not use.

Passenger’s Rules & Responsibilities Do not wear any per-fumes or colognes on the coach. If someone enters the coachwith walking difficulties, please offer them your seat near thefront. Disruptive or ill passengers will be asked to leave a tourat their own expense. No smoking or alcohol use in the coach.Do not share your complaints with other passengers, shareconcerns with the Discovery staff. Anyone repeatedly breakingthese rules will be removed from the mailing list. Federal &State law requires the drivers take breaks, you must exit busat these times. For security the bus must be locked and allpassengers off at stops when driver leaves the bus. You mustprovide your legal first and last name as shown on your pass-port or drivers license when booking a tour with air, cruise, railor when leaving the country or you will be responsible forname change fees. Passengers over 5 minutes late to the busmay be left behind and will be at their expense to catch up.

The Fine Print

MAKING A BOOKING callers dial 1-877-798-7883 and askfor reservations. The reservations department is open from9:30am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday. Be prepared to giveyour name, address, the number of people attending and thedate of the tour. A confirmation can be sent by email or slowmail. Office will be closed for annual vacation from Nov 27th to Dec 2nd and Dec 23rd to the 26th.

PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP is needed for all tours outside theUnited States including Canada and Mexico. Proof of citizen-ship for Mexico and Canada by land or sea only, can be in theform of a passport, passport card or an enhanced drivers li-cense. All other countries require a passport and some an ad-ditional visa. The cost for these are additional.

TOURS INCLUDE Pick-up at serviced locations, round triptransportation deluxe motor coach, lodging, admissions, sight-seeing and meals as indicated on the itinerary. Not included is,beverages other than water, gratuities for maid service, Step-on guides, Tour Manager and Driver. Activities listed as op-tional may have an additional fee. Upgrades to hotel suites,first class transportation and higher cabins additional costs.

TIPPING ON TOUR is a personal decision and not a require-ment, it should be earned for excellence in service.On daytours a basket is available to you on the dashboard of thecoach and on longer tours please use the survey form.

Age Requirements, Tour Supplements Based on AgeD Tours is designed for mature adults over the age of 50. Weallow our customers to bring a guest under the age of 30 atour discretion. There may be additional charges as we receivespecial discounts for our customers based on age. We dis-courage children under 12 on the bus and will turn away with-out a refund anyone 30 or under without approval.

What the Abbreviations Mean PPDO means per persondouble occupancy, which means 2 people must share a roomfor this price to be effective. Single Sup is the additional cost tooccupy the room excursively. Oceanview on a cruise meansthe cabin has a window that does not open, Inside means thecabin has no window and Balcony means the glass dooropens onto a private balcony.

Singles will be matched for seating On tours, singles may be asked to sit together at each stop, forshows and dining so that couples traveling together, can beseated together both in events and on the bus.

Canada does not allow entry if you have a DUI or felony. If youare denied entry to any country you are resposible for your ex-penses to return home and will not be refunded for the tour

PRICE CHANGES Should any company, supplier or vendorissue a price increase up to the day of departure, we reservethe right to collect the additional costs, this includes fuel.
