Then simple send in proof of thereason for cancelation and we will take care of the rest. This isnot an insurance, it is a waiver of our normal cancelation fee.

Travel Insurance if your tour costs exceeds $500.00 or yousimply want additional services such as emergency medical,trip delay and lost baggage, then call for information on TraveInsurance. They offer a wide selection of products in everybudget including their cancel for any reason including justhaving a bad hair day! On a serious note, this is a good optionfor those with pre-existing conditions that traditional insurancewould not cover. They are offered online and through AAA.

Credit Voucher Bonus Program if we cancel a tour for anyreason and you choose to take a credit voucher for futuretravel, we will give you a $5.00 bonus on the value. There aretimes that a tour does not generate enough interest to operate,weather or a mechanical breakdown occurs or the planned ac-tivity has a time change or date change. This is our way ofshowing our appreciation of your understanding and rewardingyou for your choice to travel with us.

DTours Northwest offers fun and cost effective group travelopportunities for active travelers 50 plus. We use a combina-tion of transportation including smaller 14 to 20 passenger minibuses and larger full size motor coaches. The smaller vehiclesallow for a more intimate experience utilizing restaurants,wineries, historic Inns and specialty events that would not nor-mally except larger groups. Although these are not equippedwith a restroom, we do stop about every 1 1/2 hour and by re-quest. Unused Features No refund or credit will be given, in whole orin part, for unused air transportation, land transportation, hotelaccommodations, or other features you voluntarily do not use.

Office will be closed for annual vacation from Nov 27th to Dec 2nd and Dec 23rd to the 26th.

PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP is needed for all tours outside theUnited States including Canada and Mexico. Proof of citizen-ship for Mexico and Canada by land or sea only, can be in theform of a passport, passport card or an enhanced drivers li-cense. All other countries require a passport and some an ad-ditional visa. The cost for these are additional.

Age Requirements, Tour Supplements Based on AgeD Tours is designed for mature adults over the age of 50. Weallow our customers to bring a guest under the age of 30 atour discretion. There may be additional charges as we receivespecial discounts for our customers based on age. We dis-courage children under 12 on the bus and will turn away with-out a refund anyone 30 or under without approval.

What the Abbreviations Mean PPDO means per persondouble occupancy, which means 2 people must share a roomfor this price to be effective. Single Sup is the additional cost tooccupy the room excursively. Oceanview on a cruise meansthe cabin has a window that does not open, Inside means thecabin has no window and Balcony means the glass dooropens onto a private balcony.

Singles will be matched for seating On tours, singles may be asked to sit together at each stop, forshows and dining so that couples traveling together, can beseated together both in events and on the bus.

Canada does not allow entry if you have a DUI or felony. If youare denied entry to any country you are resposible for your ex-penses to return home and will not be refunded for the tour

PRICE CHANGES Should any company, supplier or vendorissue a price increase up to the day of departure, we reservethe right to collect the additional costs, this includes fuel.
