picnic tables, interpretive displays & a wetland trail.
Margaret Olson Park: Highway 101 & Minnesota
Street, South Bend. See old-time steam donkey used
in early logging operations & the portable, modular
jail which was first used at the original county seat
in Oysterville during the 1870s.
Riverfront Park: Third & Alder Street, Raymond.
Transient at the dock, picnicking, an amphitheater,
public restrooms.
Robert Bush Memorial Park: On Highway 101 in
South Bend. Pacific County War Memorial, including
World War I, World War II, the Korean & Vietnam
wars.
Willapa Hills State Trail: A 3.5 mile bicycle &
walking trail between Raymond & South Bend that
follows the beautiful Willapa River. Trailheads are
marked at various locations along Highway 101.
Mill Creek Pond: Juvenile fishing at the end of “D”
Street in South Bend.
Pristine Willapa Bay provides
spectacular views of rocky
beaches, forests, and wildlife at
play. When boating on Willapa
waters, be aware of tides—tide
tables are available locally.
