Lithium Facts

• Lithium (Li) is the lightest of all metals.

• Does not occur as a pure element in nature:

• it is contained within mineral deposits; and

• salts including brine lakes and sea water.

• Lithium and its chemical compounds exhibit a broadrange of beneficial properties including:

CGP3 Project

A broad overview of the Proposed CGP3 Project is as follows:

• A new standalone wet processing facility identical to the current CGP2 facilitybeing constructed.

• Wet processing facility to be fed by a new two stage crushing circuit dischargingonto a common fine ore stockpile with reclaim circuit feeding the processingfacility.

• Crushing facility will be capable of supporting another wet processing facility.

• Annual production of ≈520,000 tonnes of concentrate.

• Cost of approximately $516M.

Current Status

• Front End Engineering Design (FEED) work continuing.

• Board approved Project in July 2018.

• Regulatory approvals being progressed.

TRP Project

A broad overview of the Proposed TRP Project is as follows:

• A new standalone wet processing facility to retreat historical tailings from Tailings

Storage Facility #1 (TSF1).

• No Crushing facility required.

• Annual production of ≈300,000 tonnes of concentrate.

• Capital Cost of approximately $126M.

Current Status

• Front End Engineering Design (FEED) work continuing.

• Board approved Project in September 2018.

• Regulatory approvals being progressed.
