Day Trip refund policy: Cancellations must be received two weeks prior with a doctor’s statement. AFFORDABLE DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS: Just a $75.00 deposit covers your initial reservation on an overnight tour. Day Trips require a Full payment at time of reservation. Tour final payments are not due until 45 days prior to departure. You will receive an invoice reflecting your deposit paid and final payment due date. Deposits and Day Trip Payments may be made by cash, money order or check. Final Payments may be made by cash, money order, check or credit card. All prices are based on cash payments. When using a credit card, a 3% transaction fee is added. This charge comes from our credit card authorization service and is NOT implemented by us.
