Design Actuation Mounting Line connection

The directional control valves are electromagnetically operated, with spring return for the standard valves. The piston of valves with mechanical detent remains in energized position even if de-energized.

The design is based upon the 5-chamber system. A spool of hardened steel slides in a housing made of high- strength cast-iron. Therefore the units are suitable for rough operating conditions and guarantee reliable switching, even with long rest periods.

The units are bolted on sub- plates and sealed by O-rings.

DesignThe control valve is constructed according to the5-chamber system and is designed to operate as agate valve. The hardened steel pistons are housed ina high-strength cast iron hydraulic unit. This allows theequipment to be deployed in tough operating condi-tions.

Design Actuation Mounting Line connection

The directional control vlaves are actuated electromagnetically and by means of a spring or operated by hand lever.

These directional control valves are based on the 5-chamber system, and are designed in the form of spool valves. A spool of hardened steel slides in an housing made of high-strength cast iron. Therefore the units are suitable for rough operating conditions. Depending on the design of the device the end switching position of the spool is monitored via inductive or mechanical proximity switches.

The units are bolted on subplates and sealed by O-rings.

Design Actuation Mounting Line connection

The directional control valves are electromagnetically operated, with spring return for the standard valves. The piston of valves with mechanical detent remains in energized position even if de-energized.

The design is based upon the 5-chamber system. A spool of hardened steel slides in a housing made of high- strength cast-iron. Therefore the units are suitable for rough operating conditions and guarantee reliable switching, even with long rest periods.

The units are bolted on sub- plates and sealed by O-rings.

ApplicationDirectional valves are used to influence the flow of oil inhydraulic systems (start, stop and change direction).

DesignThese directional seat valves are designed as poppetvalve. Both the cone and the valve seat are made fromhardened steel, making the units suitable for roughoperating conditions.

ActuationThe directional seat valves are operated by directcurrent solenoids and springs.

MountingThe valves are bolted on subplates and sealed by O-rings. The line connector, subplate and subplatedimensions are according to DIN 24340 and ISO;the threaded connection is G 3/8” (BSP).

Design Actuation Mounting Line connection

Pilot operated valves are preferably operated by solenoids. The auxiliary manual operation is only effec- tive when control pressure is available. Directly opera- ted versions are available for hydraulic and pneumatic operation.

The S 16 type valves are spool type valves available in 4/2- and 4/3-way designs. The valves can be used as 2- or 3-way designs by closing the appropriate ports.
