Montgomery Grill was conceived and born in a region steeped in tradition and it is with tradition in mind that we developed the Montgomery Grill.Sitting on land originally surveyed by Colonel William Crawford in 1752, the restaurant takes its name from the survey grid on which it sits, called Montgomery Square. It is also with tradition in mind that we developed our menu, the core of which is based on traditional regional favorites usingauthentic recipes and fresh ingredients.Perhaps the most important ingredientwe use in our food is time—not thymebut time. Our soups, sauces, dressingsand sides are all made from scratchusing time-honored methods of preparation to ensure the best quality and freshest food available. We cook on a slow flame to simmer and bring outthe best in our food.
