• We all must have a digital mailbox on www.borger.dk November 1st 2014, where we will receive mail from the public sector. No paper letters

eBoks versus Digital Post

Who must have Digital Post?

• Those, who can, must recieve their mail from the public sector in Digital Post on www.borger.dk

• Digital post will have the same legal effect as traditional paper mail.

Power of attorney

• You can give another person access to your digital mailbox

• You can do that if you click ’indstillinger’ (options) in the mailbox.

• However, you need a power of attorney to send digital post on behalf of others.
