Welcome to s&g Digital Publications

Your publication can easily be converted into a digital publication; the digital publication is an exact replica of the printed product but can be viewed on screen on a mobile device. Pages can be turned, you can use the zoom function for a closer look, all email and web addresses are hyperlinked and you can even search within the publication and even print a copy out.

More advanced options are also available such as inserting video footage, further details can be found in the benefits section.

S&G provide their customers with Digital Publications from the print ready PDF’s. A few adjustments to the files (removal of crop marks and conversion to a single PDF) and we are ready to upload the files to our Digital Publications partner, YUDU; they then provide the link to your Digital Publication which is hosted on their server.

As a customer of Stephens & George Print Group you will already be supplying the print ready PDF’s to our pre-press department, we can replace any pages that have been re-supplied and produce a single page PDF without crop marks in the correct page order in a matter of minutes. The PDF is then ready to be converted into a Digital Publication.

Our partnership with YUDU entitles us to offer a much better page rate than going direct and the hassle of formatting the files is removed.

There are two levels of service we can offer; YUDU Freedom and S&G Digital Publication Pro.

YUDU Freedom

This is a standard Digital Publication which can be obtained free of charge from our partner YUDU.

This version features; turning pages, zoom and search facility and automatic hyperlinks from web and email addresses within the publication. You can also publish to social networking sites such as facebook.

S&G Digital Publication Pro

In addition to the features listed above this is a paid for service charged by the page for the following enhanced features;

l You will be able to fully control your publication adding bespoke hyperlinks

l Access to statistics for advertisers and for your own use

l Archiving facility

l Qualify for ABC circulation figures

l Your own branding on the viewing window

l Save for offline viewing

Apps can be created for both IOS & android which allows in app purchases of both single issues & subscriptions. The app can also feature in the apple newstand.
