The Digital Leadership Program was designed based on a transformational leadership framework developed by CDM.
The framework shows the loci of influence that a leader has to consider when implementing change. Each step indicated corresponds to an objective that the leader must pursue to ensure that any innovation is adaptable to the future, mutually beneficial to all stakeholders, and is feasible for both the organization and the individual.
