How to accomplish our goal?

Contact various different cellular data providers to look at purchasing District-owned devices for students to check out and use at home.

Contract with cellular data providers to use e-Rate funds to allow broadband access for students in our lower socio-economic areas.

Form committee to monitor progress and review effectiveness.

Use a variety of devices at several school sites.
