The guest wishes to connect to the hotel’s WiFi network He opens an Internet browser from his personal computer A page asking for a username and password (provided by the hotel) displays Here, a link allows the user to access the hotel directory The digital directory opens as an e-magazine (see image on the left)



The user can « flip » the pages of the directory by clicking on the arrows (circled in red) Thumbnails on the right bring the user to the desired section with a click (For example: Hotel services) Links to the official web site of advertises can be created (see Patek Philippe logo)

Your mobile directory


We provide a QRcode which can be printed on the keycard holder or print directory The hotel guest scans the code with his mobile device Your digital directory is then downloaded as an e-book The file can be opened with an application (generally installed in most devices. If not, free for download)



Dynamic thumbnails like those available on e-magazine cannot be created for mobile technology at this time However, e-books include a table of contents function which can be displayed through the menu of the e-book reader application (circled in red) An e-book is a file which is downloaded. Therefore, it can be read off-line (better adapted for mobile). The e-magazine is read on-line and requires a strong bandwidth signal




The table of contents displays all the chapters. The user simply taps on the chapter name to access it (for example: Services) To reduce download time, images should be limited in size and quantity The directory file remains in the device’s memory. Therefore, it can be read outside the hotel. This way, the hotel can provide the directory even before the guest’s arrival
