Welcome to a walkthrough guide for Digimon World DS. This guide will takeyou through the start of the game all the way to the end of the game. Itwill also try and cover alot of the things in-between.

For right now this is just going to be the walkthrough part. I will add therest as soon as I can.

If you are want to go to a certain part of the guide then press Ctrl+f. Inthe box that pops up type in the code that is in the parentheses and then

press enter.

When you first start up the game and pick new game you will be given anoption to pick either a male or a female character. Once that is done thenyou can name your character. After watching the events unfold you'll findyourself in the Digital World. You'll come across a group of Digimon who

are being given a training lesson by a mega level Digimon named ClvsAngemon.

Your character will follow after them and appear in a town calledDigi-Central. There you will meet Terriermon who will tell you to go to theUnion Office. To get there go behind Terriermon and towards the blue arrow.In the next area you will be ran into by another tamer who's name is Kozuya.Kozuya is new just like you are and will talk to you about Digi-Farms.

After he is done talking you'll find yourself in the union office.Haruhiko Kogure aka Mr. Gure will greet you and ask for your help. Twooptions will appear and you'll want to select the first one which saysunderstood, I'll try.

Mr. Gure will then introduce you to the leader of the Digimon. This leaderjust happens to be the ClvsAngemon you saw before. Once all the talking isdone tamer registration will start. Finally you are able to pick out yourpartner Digimon. You have 3 starter Digimon to pick from.

Tanemon- MP type Digimon who uses more skills than the others.

Koromon- Balanced type Digimon and so is good at attacking and defending.

Tsunomon- Attack type Digimon who has high attack power.

Pick whichever Digimon you want and then select yes to confirm that Digimonas your partner. After that you get a call from the Observer. Observers areDigimon who help guide tamers. Once you are done talking with Agumon go

straight and in the next room ClvsAngemon will start talking with you andintroduce the Observer who just happens to be Azulongmon.

As a normal ranked tamer you are able to control in-training Digimon androokie Digimon. You can only have one farm at this time and can open normalranked chests.

You are to go to Data Forest and collect 100% scan data of one Digimon. Yourreward is your first Digifarm. Go to Terriermon and take the greenish circlenext to him. You'll go straight to Data Forest since that is the only placeyou can go to for now.

Make your way forward in Data Forest till a Calumon and a Gaomon comerunning towards you asking for your help. You'll see the reason why theywant your help when a Goburimon appears. It is up to you to fight him. Justuse whatever move your Digimon has and heal if need be.

Once Goburimon is down for the count Calumon and Gaomon thank you for yourhelp. Gaomon gives you a gift of 100% scan data of a Poyomon. Azulongmoncontacts you and you are given a Digifarm. Calumon as its reward joins yourDigifarm and helps out. Go back to town and visit your farm.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++2.2 GABUMON HUNT (sndm)++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Azulongmon will contact you and he wants you to return to Data Forest tofind Gabumon. Before you can do that you have to give your farm a name anddon't forget to dig convert the data of Poyomon. You can put him into yourfarm or party. After that head for Data Forest.

Finding Gabumon is pretty easy in the forest. Just keep moving forwardfighting Digimon along the way till you find Gabumon. He asks you toretrieve an item of his that Ogremon now has. Gabumon opens up another partof the forest for you to go through. Along the way you'll find a chest in acorner. Open it up to get Revive S. Continue on till you reach two Ogremontotem poles.

The bluish circle on the ground is the item you want. When you try to get itOgremon wants to fight you. So grant his wish and fight him. Win the battleand return to Gabumon who gives you the Novice Blade as a reward. What youdo now is up to you. You can stay and fight some more or you can head backto town and go to your farm.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++2.3 DIGI-CAKE (thdm)++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Azulongmon will call you and tell you that its time for you to become abronze ranked tamer. Before you can do that you have to do one final mission.That is to get the Digimon to accept you as a noble tamer. Calumon tells youthat some of your Digimon have favors that they want you to do and doingthose makes them happy.

Calumon then asks if you can find him a Digi-Cake in Training Peak. So leaveyour farm and go to the gate portal and select Training Peak. Once thereyou'll want to go up the ladder and follow the path. When you reach anotherladder go down it and again follow that path to the right.

Head towards the blue arrow to enter a new area. The only way you can go

here is down so do it. On the ground you'll find the Digi-Cake. As soon asyou pick it up two tamers appear and demand you hand over the cake. Thesetwo tamers are Kain and Tomomi. When you refuse they decide to fight you andtwo ultimate level digimon appear in front of them ready to fight.

Just as all hope seems lost a strange tamer appears with a Cyberdramon. Hehas Cyberdramon attack the two Digimon. With their Digimon gone, Kain andTomomi run off. You and Yuji (the stranger who saved you) have a talk. Whenyou are done talking to him head back the way you came.

Take the portal back to town and go to your farm. Hand the cake over toCalumon and he tells you about favor quests. Just then a Black Agumonappears on your farm and starts insulting your Digimon and Calumon. When heleaves you decide to find him and show him who's the boss.

Calumon tells you that Black Agumon is in Training Peak. So return there atonce. Make your way back to the area where you were attacked by the two badtamers. Take the only other path there is in this area and go down the ladderwhen you reach it. Keep following the path and enter another part ofTraining Peak.

Follow the path till you come to a ladder to the left and a rock archway witha blue arrow. You'll want to go through that arch way to reach another area

of Training Peak. Follow the path till you come to a chest. Open it to getthe Card Key item. Now turn around and leave the area and go up the ladderand then go up another ladder.

Head left since that is the only way you can go and go down the ladder atthe end. Go left and through the archway. Follow the path till you come toa ladder. Climb up the ladder and follow the path if you want to get thechest you see on a ledge above you. There is a ladder you have to go upwhen you reach it and make your way to the end of the path and then jumpdown to the ledge below.

The chest contains a Fire Robe A. Jump down again and you'll be back on thenormal path. Head towards the metal doors and open them with the card keyitem. There will be a ladder you have to go up and you'll want to get readyto face Black Agumon. Save your game and if you haven't already digivolve anyDigimon who is ready to. Then go forward and talk to Black Agumon.

This fight is pretty easy. Use your rookie Digimon's strongest moves. If bysome chance you still have in-training Digimon then use the strongest movethey have. You should have at least 2 Digimon on your team if not more. Hithim with all you've got and heal if need be.

Once Black Agumon goes down he vows revenge and then disappears. Next thingyou know you are in front of Azulongmon. You are now ready to move on to thenext rank.

Now that you are a bronze tamer you can control champion level Digimon andhave up to the max amount of farms which is 4. You can buy and sell farmsnow except for your first farm. Bronze ranked chests can now be open. Youalso can start matching over WiFi.

Your reward for reaching this rank is a new digi-farm. You can pick from adragon farm, beast farm, or insect farm. Pick the one you want and name it.

The observer for this rank is Ebonwumon.

For this task and its your only task, you have to find a missing boy who'sname is Phil. Once all the talking is done leave the building and head for

the place where you buy farm goods. Next to the building is a chest with aHP Chip S inside. Go inside the building and up the ramp.

Talk to the boy with the green hair. He'll tell you what you have to do next.Leave and head for the Union building but do not go inside. Instead go to theright to find a Biyomon. Talk to this Digimon and you'll find out that Elliehas gone to the Steamy Jungle. So that is where you want to go next.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++3.2 ARUKENIMON (akir)++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Once in Steamy Jungle follow the path till you come to a vine. Climb up thatvine and go right to enter a new area. Follow the path to another part ofthe jungle. When you come to a vine climb it and when you reach the topfollow the path till you come to a vine on the left and the path keeps ongoing to the blue arrow.

If you go up the vine you'll come to a chest containing a MP Chip T. Climbback down and head for the blue arrow. Again follow the path and uponentering the new area you'll notice the trees have changed color. Stay onthe path and keep moving forward till you come to a spider web.

Climb up that web and you'll see on the ground the symbol that lets you knowa boss Digimon is ahead. When you are ready to fight the boss climb up thosespider webs. You'll see Ellie and Arukenimon. Arukenimon wants her dead butyou step in to stop her.

For this fight if any of your rookie Digimon can digivolve to champion thendo it. Have at least 3 Digimon if not more. Stats should be close to if notmore than 200 HP, 140 MP, Attack 70, Defense 55, Spirit 70, and Speed 55.You can still fight her if your digimon have lower stats than above. It justmight be a harder battle. Use the strongest move your Digimon have.

Arukenimon appears to be weak against fire attacks. Use those moves if anyof your Digimon have them. When she is gone you and Ellie have a talk. Shetells you Phil went to an area called the Forbidden Land. However Ellie hasno idea of how to get there.

Once you are back in town head towards the Tamer Union building but do notgo in it. Instead go to the right and you'll see Ellie back with her Biyomon.Ellie will tell you that the Forbidden Land has another name. Only problemis Ellie doesn't remember what that name is. Turn around and go back toTerriermon.

Walk up to the Andromon and talk to him. He tells you that a Black Agumon hasbeen there a few times. Its time to go back to Training Peak and talk to thatAgumon.

Once there make your way to the boss area and get ready for a surprise and afight. When you reach him you see not a Black Agumon but a Dark Tyrannomon.The Agumon has digivolve to him. Try and have at least 2 champion digimon ifnot 3.

If you have a back up team then they should also be champions or close to it.

The move Hand of Fate seems to work well against Dark Tyrannomon. Try andhave your Digimon's stats around 70 or more, Hp 230+, and MP 200+. Oncedefeated he tells you that the Forbidden Land is called Chrome Mine. To getthere you need the Miracle DE from Pandamon at Sheer Valley

You'll be transported back to town and stock up if need be. Then head out toSheer Valley.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++3.4 PANDAMON'S QUIZ (pqsm)++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Just follow the path and go right when you can. In this next area you can goup the ladder or stay on the path you are currently on. Stay on the path andgo past the ladder. Enter the new area and keep following the path. In thisnext part stay on the path instead of going up.

Keep following the path and go towards the blue arrow to enter another partof the valley. Go right and up the ladder then go left to enter another partof the valley. There's only one way to go so take it and climb up the ladderwhen you reach it. Go left and take the wooden bridge path. Go straight andclimb up the ladder when you reach it. Across the little wooden bridge andtalk with Pandamon.

Pandamon wants you to pass his test before he hands over the egg. He firstasks you about the color of Agumon's arm band. The answer is red. The nextquestion has to deal with Agumon, Patamon, and Gatomon. Pandamon wants toknow which one does not belong in that group.

The answer is Gatomon. He gives you the egg and you return to town. When youtry to use it you find out the egg is fake. Terriermon calls Pandamon whotalks to you and tells you that a Platinum Sukamon in Drill Tunnel may havethe egg. So you'll want to go there next.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++3.5 SEWER RUN (sunr)

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

First thing you want to do is take the path that is behind you. Next go downand cross over the garbage bridge. Go down and head towards the ladder. Thengo to the right and turn the valve to shut off the water. Climb up the ladderand turn another valve. Climb back down and go past the garbage bridge. Inthis area keep following the path and enter another part of the tunnel.

Go right and make your way around to another valve that has to be turned off.Then go and do the same to the one that is next to it. Keep on going andyou'll be back where you first appeared but across from it. Follow the pathand climb up the ladder when you reach it. Go left, then up, and then goright. In this area you can only go up.

There will be 2 valves you have to turn then you'll want to go down. Climbdown the ladder and then go right to leave the area. Cross over the garbagebridge and go up the ladder. Go down and you'll see the boss symbol on the

floor. Head up and face PltSukamon.

If you by chance have the ultimate equipment then equip it before the battle.By now all your Digimon are champions and some might be nearing max level.Use the strongest moves your Digimon have. Stats should be close if not morethan HP of 230+, MP 210+, Attack 80+, Defense 90+, Spirit 75+, and Speed 70+.

Once the battle is over you get the egg and are sent back to town. Now youcan finally enter the mine.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++3.6 MEGA BOSS (mbss)++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

When you enter the mine there is only one way you can go. Enter the next partof the mind and once again there is only one way you can go. In this nextpart of the mine go down and right to get to the other part of the mine. Justfollow the tracks and enter the new area. Make your way around to the blue

arrow and go through it.

Next go straight and then down to exit the area and enter a new one. Go downthe ladder and then go to the right. Enter the new area and follow the path.In this new area you'll want to go down when you can. Then go down the ladderand take the only exit out. Follow the path and enter a new area. There'sonly one way out so take it. Same goes for the next area.

You'll come to the boss symbol so get ready and when you are, go forward.There you will meet up with Phil. Before you two can get away the boss comesback. The boss just happens to be Machinedramon. Machinedramon is a megalevel Digimon and there is no way you can defeat him. The Dark Tyrannomonyou defeated a while ago shows up and wants to fight.

He tries to fight Machinedramon and fails. Now he's coming for you but firstMachinedramon does a bit of talking. The name Unknown-D is mentioned butMachinedramon won't say who it is. Phil gets him to agree to let you go inexchange for Phil making him a stronger Digimon.

Phil puts in a chip and suddenly Machinedramon degenerates into SkullGreymon.You now have a fighting chance against SkullGreymon. This battle can betough if you are not ready for it. Use moves that hit at least two spaces ifnot more. Heal HP and MP when you can. Make sure you have a backup team andit is ready.

You might not need them but its better to be safe than sorry. If you havethe ultimate equipment then equip it to one of your Digimon. Equip all of it

to get the most out of it. Stats should be close to HP 240+, MP 183+,Attack 78+, Defense 78+, Spirit 78+, and Speed 78+.

When SkullGreymon is defeated Phil explains what happens. He used a returnchip on Machinedramon. This chip can degenerate a Digimon into a previousgeneration. You and Phil then return to central and you find yourself faceto face with Ebonwumon. Phil gives you the chip and you can now degenerateyour Digimon.

Your reward for finding Phil is being promoted to a Silver Tamer.

The observer for this rank is Baihumon. Now that you are a silver rankedtamer you can now control ultimate level Digimon.

4.1 PAGUMON (pgum)++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

You are given the task of helping a Pagumon who doesn't get along withanybody. When you go to your farm you get to meet this Pagumon. Things don'tgo well and you quickly see why nobody wants this Digimon. When Pagumonleaves you need to exit your farm and then return to it. Pagumon wants totalk to you and asks if you will take him to Steamy Jungle.

When you both get there Pagumon runs off and you have to find him. Start byclimbing the vine when you get to it. You'll want to then go up and right.Keep on going and you'll exit the area. Next to the vine you'll see Pagumonby a tree. Go up and talk to him. Pagumon's stomach is hurting and in orderto cure him you have to find a Antidote Nut.

Climb up the vine ladder and then climb up the other vine ladder when youeach it. Once up top there's only one way to go and when you reach the bluearrow go through it. In this next area climb up the vine when you reach it.Enter the new area and follow the path again to the blue arrow and gothrough it. Go right and then up and on the ground in front of you will bethe blue item circle. Pick it up and make your way back to Pagumon.

He seems surprised that you came back to him. You give him the nut and heeats it. Pagumon tells you he's had enough for the day and wants to go backto the digi-farm. Get back to the portal and return to town. Head to yourfarm and see what's going on.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++4.3 GEKOMON (gkmn)++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Packet Swamp can be a very confusing place. Thanks to Catprog he has made a

map of the area and I thank him again for giving me permission to post thelink to his guide in mine.

Click on the link that says Packet Swamp. Using the map make your way to theboss. When you get there and before you talk to ShogunGekomon heal yourDigimon and if any can digivolve do so now. This battle is made up of twoparts.

The first part you have to fight 3 Gekomon. These 3 are pretty easy anddefeat them like you would any wild Gekomon. The second and final half ofthe battle is against ShogunGekomon. Hit him with moves that can hit at least

two spaces if not more. Try having stats at least 100+, HP 300+, and MP 250+.

When he is defeated they agree to live in peace along with the Gotsumon. TheGotsumon as a reward give you a Star Piece. Get back to town and go and findEllie. Ellie can be found outside the Tamer Plaza building.

After the piece is given you and Pagumon have a talk only to have anothervoice join in. The owner of that voice soon appears and his name is Alphamon.He believes Digimon do not need humans and after talking a bit more soondisappears. Go to your farm and see what is going on.

Calumon greets you and tells you Phil is here to see you. He tells you thatEllie was kidnapped by Devimon and he has a message for you. Devimon wantsyou to come to Drain Tunnel and bring Pagumon with you. So head out toDrain Tunnel and find Devimon.

4.4 DRAIN TUNNEL DEVIMON (dtdl)++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Go right and then down to enter another part of Drill Tunnel. Cross over thegarbage bridge and go up. Follow the path and go right when you can and thengo up and left. Head down to the exit and exit the area. Go down and leftthen climb the ladder when you get to it. Head down, left, and then up toleave the area and enter another part of the tunnel.

Go up and right then climb down the ladder and right. Cross over the garbagebridge and climb up the ladder. Head down and enter the boss area. Get readyto fight Devimon. By now you may have an ultimate level Digimon or two if notmore. Use moves at the start of the battle that can hit two space or more.

Devimon can cause confusion so be prepared for that. Try having stats around300-400+ HP, 260-300+ MP, and stats around 100+. When he is defeated he tellsPagumon that when he regains his memory he'll leave you. Ellie is returnedto you and all of you leave. Back on your farm you and Pagumon talk.

You have figured out that Pagumon was that BlackAgumon reborn. You get a callfrom the Tamer Union. Baihumon is just checking up on you and Pagumon. Hewants to see you both so go there now. Baihumon seems pleased with Pagumonand asks you to take care of him a little bit longer.

When you leave the building Kain and Tomomi appear behind you and talk to you.Pagumon appears and you find out that Pagumon used to be raised by Tomomi.You soon see why Pagumon ran away like he did. Kain insults you both and then

The boss battle is a two prater. The first one is just like any normal randomwild Digimon encounter. The second part deals with Deramon. This battle isjust like a random wild Digimon encounter. Only difference is Deramon forthis battle has a longer life bar.

When you get back to town go towards the tamer union office building. Talk tothe tamer with blue hair (Yuji). He tells you the place Pagumon dreamed ofcould be a place called Ancient Canyon. Head there and check it out.

Make your way to the blue arrow and enter a new area. Climb down the rope andgo straight down and left to enter a new area. Go up and then climb down therope. There's another rope nearby that you'll want to go down. On the groundgo straight down.

Follow the narrow ledge and climb the rope when you reach it. Go down, up,and then left. Climb down the rope when you reach it. There's only one way togo so take it. Same goes for the next area and so take that path and climb upthe rope when you reach it.

Go left and climb up the rope. Follow the path and keep on following it inthe next area. Climb up the rope and once again follow the path. In this newarea make your way around and climb up the rope. Start getting ready for aboss battle. Digivolve any Digimon that can. Try having stats around HP 400+,MP 330+, Stats 100-120+.

A Babamon appears and so does Jijimon. You try and talk with them but thingsdon't go well. Hit them with the strongest moves you have and heal whenneeded. When the battle is over they start talking to you. You find out inPagumon's past he fought against Kimeramon and lost. Back in town you andPagumon talk some more. Go to your farm and Calumon tells you of a way youcan digivolve Pagumon. The item is in chrome mine.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++4.7 DIGIVOLVING PAGUMON (dpgm)++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Follow the path and go on in to the next area. Again follow the path and moveon into the next part. Same goes for the next area and the one after that andthe one after that. When you finally come to a ladder go down it and then goleft. Take the only way out in this area and in the next one go down.

Climb down the ladder and go through the blue arrow. Only one way to go inthis area so take it. Make your way to the exit of this place and take it.You'll see Kain and Tomomi about to take the item you want. You try and stopthem but its too late.

Kain calls out his MegaKabuterimon and gives it the Data Core. It works to apoint. GranKuwagamon appears but will not listen to Kain. He runs off andPagumon steps in to try and stop the mad Digimon. Suddenly the crazed Digimon

just disappears. Tomomi sees the error of her ways and decides to change.

She gives you a piece of the data core. Get back to your farm and you try outthe core piece on Pagumon and it works. Suddenly you get word that Kimeramonis at Junk Factory. Take the newly digivolve Pagumon and head there.

Kimeramon uses moves that hit two spaces or more and he can also put yourDigimon to sleep. Try having stats of HP 400-530+, MP 300+, and stats of100+.

With him gone Antylamon thanks you. When you get back to town you findyourself in front of Baihumon. Since you have done so well with Pagumon hepromotes you to the next rank. You also now have 100% scan data of Antylamon.

You can now control mega level Digimon and your observer is Zhuqiaomon. Justas you are about to get your first mission an alarm goes off. Tentomonappears and tells Zhuqiaomon that they have been hit with a virus and thegate system is not working.

The virus has been traced to a place called Sky Palace. This is the same spotthat Azulongmon was investigating. Suddenly the other two observers are takenaway. You volunter to go to Sky Palace to try and stop the virus.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++5.1 VIRUS ATTACK (vist)++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Go down and over the bridge, then go right and over the bridge there. Headright and enter a new area. Head down and right then head for the exit ofthis area. In this next part go right and then towards the covered bridge. Goleft and follow the path.

In this part of Sky Palace go up and then left when you can. Head through thecovered bridge and go straight up then up a ramp. Make your way across, thengo down the ramp on the other side. Head for the exit of this area and moveto the next one. Go left and over the bridge then straight down and throughthe blue arrow.

Head left, then go down, go right over the bridge, and then exit the area.Start getting ready for a boss battle. If any of your Digimon can digivolveto mega then digivolve them now. If by chance any are close to it train themtill they can. Have plenty of healing items and revival items on hand. Equipthe Ultimate Equipment if you have it. Try having stats of HP 500+, MP 530+,and stats of 200+.

When ready go on to face the boss. Use any move that can hit two spaces ormore. Heal whenever you can and revive any dead Digimon. With Azulongmon backto normal you both head back to central. There you get word that the virus isnow coming from Tropical Isles.

Head up and go up the rock ramp and then down the other side. Then go up andexit this area. Go up the rock ramp and just follow the path to the exit.Climb down the ladder and follow the path. Go down and then up on the rock.Go up and cross the wooden bridge to move on to another area.

There's only one way to go in this area. In the next part of the isles godown and take the wooden bridge out. Go up and climb up the ladder. Exit thearea and head on to the new part. Keep going down and then go right andstraight up. Start getting ready for the boss. Try having stats around HP500+, MP 330+, and stats of 150+.

With Ebonwumon back to normal you both return to central and find out the

gate is working again but there is still no sign of Baihumon. Go to your farmand Calumon says you have a call. The call is from Yuji. He wants you to cometo a meeting at Tamer Plaza. Go there now and when you get there you all talkabout the tamer who appeared.

When the meeting is over head to your farm and Calumon tells you that thereis a call from the union for you. Tentomon tells you the bad tamers are atJunk Factory and are causing trouble. Since you are the only who can go, headthere now.

Go straight up, then up a ramp, and follow it to the exit. In the next areamake your way around to the other door. Head down the ramp and you'llencounter Yoshiki and Alicia. Next thin you know you're in a boss battle ofsorts. With his Digimon defeated the two tamers rum away. Follow after themwhen you regain control.

You see them standing next to a GranLocomon. They take off so you have tofollow after them. You encounter them again and nearly get run over. Go backthe way you came. Go straight and through the blue arrow. Go straight and godown.

You'll come to a laser gate. To get past that gate you'll have to find andcollect 3 code keys. Each key is hidden with a tamer that you have to find

and fight. Go back the way you came and go up the ramp and make your way downthe ramp on the other side. Enter the door and in this new spot take theother door. Follow the path and fight the tamer.

So that's one tamer down and just two more to go. Leave the area and go downthe ramp and exit through the door. Go up and enter another part of thefactory. Go left and then up the ramp and follow the path to enter anotherpart of the factory. Go down the ramp and up another one.

Head down and then left. Walk down the ramp and go through the blue arrow.

Talk to the tamer and fight his Digimon. Now its time to find that lastremaining tamer. Leave the room and go down the ramp. Go up another ramp andexit the area. Go down this ramp and exit the room.

Go down and then left. Enter the room go up the ramp and then down the otherside. Go through the blue arrow and make your way around and talk to thetamer. Fight the Digimon and win to get the last remaining code key.. Now youhave all 3 code keys.

Head back to the laser gate then on to face the boss. If you had no troubledefeating Ebonwumon then GranLocomon will be easy. After everything is overyou are back at central and watch what goes on with the bad tamers. One ofthem tells you that their boss is hiding at Hard Mountains.

This place is really two places in one. Top side is Hard Mountains and whenyou go under water that is the Under Sea Drive. Any way go down and thenclimb up the ladder. Go down and climb down the ladder when you come to it.Follow the path and leave the area.

In this new part go down and through the blue arrow. Head down and right tohead into the new area. Go down and right to climb up the ladder. Climb downthe other ladder when you get to it. Go down the pipe. Follow the pathunderwater and move on to the next area. Do the same in the next area.

If you haven't noticed already you'll be encountering some mega level Digimon.In this part of Under Sea Drive go right and follow the path to the exit area.Once again follow the path and exit the area. Make your way to the pipe andenter it. You'll come up in a different part of Hard Mountains.

Follow the path till you come to a ladder. Climb up it and then follow thepath. Climb down the ladder and approach the tamer. This guy is the boss ofthe bad tamers. Suddenly Baihumon appears and you have to fight him. If youhave had no trouble with the other Digimon then Baihumon will be no problem.

With Baihumon back to normal the bad tamer runs away. You agree to go afterhim. Take the same path the bad tamer did. Go down the pipe and follow thepath. In this area go up the ramp and go right to reach a new area. Followthe path to the exit.

Go straight up and fight the boss. Treat this as a normal wild Digimon battle.Once its all over you'll be back at central. The bad tamer boss appears aduses the evil ring on Zhuqiaomon. You'll have to go to Lava River to free him.

Follow the path to leave the area and enter a new part. Head down when youcan to move on to another part of the river. Follow the path to enter a new

area. In this part go up and then go right to move on to another part ofLava River. Follow the path and exit the area.

In this new part follow the path up and then go left to exit. In the nextpart just follow the path and use the transporter. Get ready for a bossbattle and go forward. This is a two part boss battle. Treat the first one

like a normal wild Digimon battle. The second part is against Zhuqiaomon.If you have done well against the other observer Digimon then he will be noproblem.

With Zhuqiaomon back to normal the bad tamer is revealed to be Kain. You allreturn to central and you now become a Platinum Tamer. The next step is tobecome a Tamer King. You see a scene between Tentomon and Kain. When Tentomonleaves, Unknown-D talks to Kain. He then teleports Kain away and the scenechanges.

The observer for Platinum Tamers is ClavisAngemon. The two of you talk and hetells you to go to the arena and fight the tamers there as your first task.Strong mega level Digimon and/or strong ultimate level Digimon will have noproblem in the arena.

The fight stars off against Chris. His Digimon are Agumon, MetalGreymon, andGreymon. The second round starts off against Mako and his Digimon areFlamedramon, Kongoumon, and Kenkimon. Round 3 is against Robert and hisDigimon are 2 Diaboromon and Gallantmon.

All the Digimon are very easy to beat especially if you've managed to takedown the observers. Use whatever strategy you use for wild Digimon on theseguys and you'll have no problem. You won't really even need a back up teambut it doesn't hurt to keep them with you just in case.

Once you have won you find out that you can fight these tamers again at anytime you want. Sadly these tamers do not ever change. Its always the sameones every time. Return to ClavisAngemon and talk to him. He tells you that

Platinum Tamers have been disappearing and he wants you to be careful.

You get a call from Calumon and he wants you to come to the farm right away.Once you get there, Calumon tells you he senses something really bad hasentered the farm. Suddenly your screen flashes several times and you hearUnknown-D talking. Unknown-D appears and it turns out to be Alphamon. Hetries to take control of you but ClavisAngemon appears and saves you.

There is a fight between the two and both end up being injured. Alphamonsuddenly goes after Calumon and takes all of Calumon's power. After sometalking you are told to go to the Chaotic Gate which takes you to Core Field.

You can train in Core Field but do not go past the boss symbol till you areready. Go straight and to the right to cross over what could be called abridge. Go straight up and move on to the next area. Go up and then over thebridge. Head up and on in to the next area. Move forward and climb theladder. Go down and on into the next part of Core Field.

Go down and cross the bridge and do the same again to exit the area. Onceagain go down and exit the area. Head down and right to reach a new part ofthe field. Go down and then up to exit. Climb up the ladder when you reachit. Go up and take the exit.

You run into Sarah who is being controlled. You'll have to fight her beforeyou can move on. With her back to normal go up and right to reach the nextarea. Follow the path and move on to the next part of Core Field. Go down andcross the bridge. Go down a bit and then up to fight Kazuya. Continue on yourway into the next area.

Climb up the ladder and go straight up to reach the blue arrow. Go up and

left to move on to another part of the field. Cross over the bridge and exit.Head down and then exit the area. Climb up the ladder and move on to the nextpart. Follow the path in this area to the blue arrow.

Climb up the ladder and then exit. Go straight for the exit in this area. Inthis new part you will face Yuji. With him gone just continue on your way.You'll eventually encounter Armagedmon. Fight him and win. Take the portaland head straight up. Watch as all the events unfold.

When the time comes to fight the boss ChronomonDM have six mega level Digimonwith a variety of moves. You'll also need plenty of healing items, items torestore mp, and revival items. It would be better if you had a Digimon witha healing move but if you do not then that is okay.

Have stats for the boss at least 400-500+, HP 3000-4000+, and MP 2000+. Usemoves that hit at least two spaces if not more. Heal whenever you get thechance. Once ChronomonDM is beaten he reverts back to his real form whichis ChronomonHM. Watch the rest of what happens.

Once you are back at central you have finally become Tamer King. As a TamerKing you can now do quests which are for that rank and you can now buy thenormal farm. Watch the credits role to see one more scene and then save yourgame. You can continue on playing the game. If you return to whereChronomonDM was ChronomonHM is waiting for you and wants to fight. If youwin against him you get 100% of his Scan Data.

So now that you are Tamer King you can do pretty much whatever you want now.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++11.1 FIRST FOUR BOSSES (ffbe)++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Ogremon, Black Agumon, Arukenimon, and Dark Tyrannomon are very easy bossbattles. Treat them like a regular wild Digimon battle. In-training torookie Digimon can take these guys on with no problem. Though an in-training

Digimon may have problem with Arukenimon and Dark Tyrannomon.

No real equipment is needed for these four Digimon. You might want to havea healing item or two on hand just in case as well as a few mp items.Whatever current move or moves your Digimon have will work just fine.

Another method of defeating the first four bosses was sent in by AnthonyAnnonymous.

Boss #1: Ogremon

All I know is if you have one in-training digimon that is less than level 9,the user will have some trouble... Therefore, to suggest a party, I wouldsay one rookie, or a pair of In-training digimon at levels 6+* wouldsuffice. *= Pardon my hobbies. The plus symbol signals "At this value orhigher." whenever I am writing it.

Boss #2: BlackAgumon

BlackAgumon is Tankish but slow, so Training your speed and attack powers(Attack and Spirit) up to levels 50+ would help make a quick kill. Anyway,this battle is harsh for in-trainings to handle. The following digimon areones I WOULD NOT recommend: Tokomon, Patamon, Tsunomon, Tanemon, Koromon.The starter Digimon should definitely be Digivolved right about now. A"support" digimon who can raise defense, such as Goburimon or Gomamon isalso a good choice, as far as I can see.

Boss #3: Arukenimon

Arukenimon is kind of a "wall" Type of enemy, based on what I've seen.Arukenimon's stat curve seems to look something like this: HP: Medium-high,Defense: High, Attack/Spirit:One is high, whichever one governs the power of"Synchro blast" (I would guess it's spirit), and the other is low. Speed:Low. As an Insect type rival, I think Arukenimon has a weakness to Wind(The Tornado type graphic under when the Element or attribute is beingdisplayed in the attack menu that pops up whenever you are choosing atarget).

So an attack that has high power and a wind element, such as Peckmon's HawkTalons is a must have skill! As well, It would help to have 2+ digimon atChampion level for the fight, and some sort of weapon equipped on each ofyour digimon so there is more room for error when Arukenimon casts "Rain ofPollen" which lowers attack power! Her Synchro-blast is her strongest

technique, so putting a digimon in zone 3 to avoid damage all together isalso smart.

Boss #4: DarkTyrannomon

DarkTyrannomon is the same tank he always was, so using a similar attributebuilder strategy as Blackagumon is recommended. Being A Dragon type, Ibelieve he has a weakness to Water, so even the "Instant Freezer" attackgiven by equipping a tooth scimitar can hurt him well. I would try to puttogether the following squad for the best chance at victory: Gomamon,Seadramon, Betamon. Use Gomamon's Iron shell to extend defense, andSeadramon's Ice blast for major damage! Leave the rest of the attacks up to

Instant freezer, which can be taught by equipping a tooth scimitar toBetamon and Gomamon.

Try and have at least 3 rookie Digimon. Have equipment that is at least

level 1 or 10. Use the strongest moves your Digimon have against him. Thisbattle is an easy one but always remember to heal when need be.


Boss #5: PlatinumSukamon

Another Tank-ish boss. I Know for almost a fact that Machines are weak toWater and Holy, so attacks like Angemon's "Hand of fate", Tapirmon's "Grandcross" Or Seadramon's "Ice blast" are very good. If getting a Tapirmon istoo boring (And I would understand, I once got 105% Scan data for him...

Took me over 3 hours...) use Ikkakumon's Harpoon torpedo instead. As well,don't let multiple Digimon's health points drop into critically low levels!Or else PlatinumSukamon's "Stinky Paradise" attack that affects all fivezones will score multiple KO's on your team! Equipping Good armor and having"Hp Chip D" is a good way to prevent this.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++11.3 SKULLGREYMON (slgy)++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

For this battle try and have at least 3 rookie Digimon or for a betterchance have 3 champion Digimon. A backup team would be a good thing to havewith you as well. Try having equipment that is at least level 10 but level20 on up would be much better. The ultimate equipment if you have it canalso be used.

Use moves that hit 2 spaces or more. His hands seem to be the weakest pointso aim for them and hit them with everything you've got.


Boss # 6: SkullGreymon

Since Skullgreymon takes up zones 2,3, and 4, Attacks that affect all threeand are holy elemental are a must! One is Starmon's "seven heavens", It fitsboth criteria, and does heavy damage! Having A Gargomon to cast "HealingAura" Will save you lots of healing items, since it treats 2 digimon at once,and increases HP by 200! I know I'd use one! Good weapons that work on level10 or 20 Digimon are must haves! If you have 3 Champions at levels 20 orhigher, this battle will be fast, yet alone if they each have a level 20weapon!

Other good attacks that hit multiple areas include Tyrannomon and Guilmon's"Blaze blast", and Ikkakumon's "Harpoon torpedo" and "Evil Tsunami"SkullGreymon is also able to inflict Paralyze occasionally with "Touch ofEvil", sometimes on two zones! So use healing items that treat paralyze on 2

zones to help counter this. Speed down effects would help too, and as afinal note, he is fully immune to poison.

This battle is a two parter. Treat the first half of this battle just like

it was a wild Digimon battle. The second half of this fight is againstShogunGekomon. Try and use moves that only hit 2 spaces. If it hits morethan 2 or even just 1 then that is okay.

Lighting type moves seem to work good against him. Have at least one Digimonwith level 20 equipment on. If you have the ultimate equipment then usethat as well.

Another method of defeating the first four bosses was sent in by AnthonyAnonymous.

Boss # 7: ShogunGekomon

Unfortunately, being Aquatic, I don't know what ShogunGekomon's weakness is.I Do know, however, that he takes up two zones, so I have an attack torecommend: Giga blaster! The Giga blaster digimon are most likely to beeither Risegreymon or Gigadramon. If both are 2nd or 3rd Gen* And you havebeen raising their speed on farm goods such as sidestepper, or Trampoline,you'll be in good shape!

Pelt the frog with Giga blasters with your attacker digimon non-stop, andthe third should function as a healer. One common complaint is that Gigablaster misses often, but Accuracy is determined by speed, so if you havebeen hammering some into your Risegreymon or Gigadramon, it shouldn't missthat often anyway. As for your healer, your old Gargomon might not cut itanymore. It would be a good idea to raise Gargomon up more and by HP ROM Tso you can heal more Digimon at a time. You can get them from Neemon at theback equipment shop for... a small fee.

(*=Gen stands for Generation, and when I say that I mean how many times theDigimon has been degenerated. An example would be a 2nd Gen Digimon, whichhas been degenerated once. Basically, subtract the number before the word"Gen" to see how many times the digimon has been degenerated. So in thiscase: 2-1=1.)

Champion level Digimon will do just fine but if any of your Digimon candigivolve to ultimate then do so now. Keep the same equipment you usedagainst ShogunGekomon.

Take out the 2 Kurisarimon first then focus on Devimon next.


Boss #8: Devimon

Now it's back to the kind of bosses you fought before Skullgreymon,area-wise. Devimon takes up one area, and he is accompanied by twoKurisarimon. Plus he's as hard as a diamond or something... Anyway, You can

eliminate both Kurisarimon and give Devimon a beating if you use Good ol'Starmon's Seven heavens. Otherwise, Magnaangemon's "Excalibur" Learned atlevel 32, can be used to the same effect. Or, better yet, use both! Being aDark type boss, again, Devimon is weak to Holy and Fire.

So using attacks like "Flaming claw" from Growlmon, or "Bunny Pummel" from

Gargomon. The prime problem for Holy attacks are finding ones that havepowers over 39. You could use Magnaangemon's "Excalibur" But that's almost100 Mana points (97 to be exact) per casting. The "Giga blaster" Strategylisted above also works somewhat well. In any case, make sure you have agood healer, HP ROM T's and Numb D (Or whatever the paralyze curing item iscalled) Since Devimon has Touch of Evil, too!

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++11.6 DERAMON (drma)++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

This battle is another two part Digimon fight. Treat both parts like anormal wild Digimon battle. Only difference with this one is that it takeslonger than normal to defeat Deramon.


Boss #9: Deramon

Deramon has a very dangerous attack: Tidal wave. It can wash away digimon in4 zones for high water damage, and he can also paralyze two digimon at oncewith "Frozen fire shot" Keep a close eye on all your digimon's HP somultiple ones don't get knocked out, and bring plenty of Numb D's (Orwhatever treats Paralyze.) Being Bird typed, Deramon is weak to Energy basedTechniques, or ones with the lightning symbol.

Your best option may be using Insect weapons to gain electric attacks, orexisting attacks of that nature, such as "Metallic Ball" If you have gottenTapirmon a while back, and have been working hard on it, use Unimon's"Virus-Free" attack to treat Paralyze in two zones for free! It would stillbe wise to bring Numb S though.

11.7 BABAMON & JIJIMON (bjim)++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

If any of your Digimon can digivolve to ultimate level then do so now. Ifnot then don't worry. A strong champion Digimon can win this battle. Have atleast level 20 equipment on or even the ultimate equipment if you have gotit.

Try and use moves that hit all spaces if you want to take both Digimon outat the same time. If you want to go one on one then take out Jijimon firstand save Babamon for last. The move breath of fire seems to work goodagainst them.

Boss #10: Jijimon and Babamon

Hehehe! Look at this cute old couple! Some day I would really like to beatthe game with only these two on my team! Anyway, This is a hard battle formost Digimon World DS timers, or at least it was for me when I was! Jijimonknows "Hung on death" which attacks 3 targets, and "Energy grenade" Which

effects 3 zones, so don't let the health points of multiple allies get toolow! Or This tough old geezer will knock you out! As for Babamon, Shefunctions as a "Support" Unit to her husband if you will. She knows"Scholastic book" which raises Jijimon's wisdom even higher! As well, Shealso has "Heavenly light", Which I think is a bug in the programming,because Babamon has a total of 5 techniques, so unless it's available onsome piece of armor, (Some bosses can know skills exclusive to armor, too!)

This is a glitch, because a Babamon can only learn these techniques:"Charge" "Scholastic book" "Cursed breath" and "Empress Haze". Yet Even thewild Babamon (And I DO NOT mean personality) know this... Whatever. Thepoint is, it's dangerous, since it heals her and her husband 600 Healthpoints!! As a result, The wife, Babamon is best picked off first. Use any

Dark Techniques available, since her element is Holy. If you have aMyotismon with "Midnight raid" You can hit both of them for a lot of damage!While it can be a lot of work to get one, A Mummymon's "Necrophobia"Inflicts huge damage to her, and might even put her to Sleep, unless shehas some immunity.

While using "Solar shocker" might seem like a good idea, it won't do thatmuch damage, since Jijimon and Babamon are holy types, and they reducedamage from their own element, like all other Digimon do. After that, HammerJijimon with all you've got, and victory will come. Magnaangemon should belevel 42+ so he can use his healing attack. I forget the name, but it's theequal to "Heavenly light"

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++11.8 KIMERAMON (kman)++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

The ultimate equipment can really help in this battle. All other equipmentshould be at least level 20 if not higher. Digivolve Disks can help in thisbattle if you have them. All 6 of your Digimon should be at the ultimatelevel. If they are not then train untill they are.

Use moves that hit at least 2 spaces if not more. The arms seem to be a weakpoint so target them to cause the most damage. Try having stats around 100+,HP 400+, and MP 300+.


Boss #11: Kimeramon

Finally, we're in big boss country again! Being Machine elemental, Kimeramonis weak to Holy and Water. Attacks that affect 3 zones such as Ikkakumon/Zudomon's "Evil wave", Magnaangemon's "Excalibur" or Set range attacks onzones 2,3, and 4 such as Superstarmon's "Seven heavens" Still work verywell! Unfortunately, "Giga blaster" doesn't work too well this time around.

Watch out for Kimeramon's lethal "Poison wing" attack, which he only pullsout when his Health points are Dangerously low in hopes to finish youquickly. It has the rare additional effect of attacking 4 times, so he canwipe out a whole team if your Health points go too low! The rest of his

attacks are mid in power having less than 50 power, I Think... I know Bloodlaser and Fiery breath are two out of the other three. Unfortunately again,Antylamon doesn't help you in this battle. Oh well...

If any of your Digimon are ready to digivolve to mega level then do sobefore you fight Azulongmon. Equipment wise have level 40+ equipment orhave the ultimate equipment on. Stat wise have HP 500+, MP 330+, and allother stats around 140+.

Use moves that hit 2 spaces or more. Also aim for the middle of the bodysince more damage appears to happen when that part is hit.

Use moves that hit at least 2 spaces. Aim for the two heads. Have plenty ofhealing and revival items on hand. Level wise your Digimon should be around30 or higher. Ultimate Digimon can beat him but if you have any mega Digimonthen use them. Stats should be around 150+, HP 500+, and MP 330+.

Have at least champion level Digimon that have been degenerated at leastonce. Your Digimon should be around level 20 if not higher. Stats should bearound 600 HP, 440 MP, and all over stats should be 160. Since they aremachine type Digimon they are weak against water and lighting type attacks.

Fire attacks also seem to work well against them. Focus everything onHiAndromon first to get him out of the way. Take out MetalMamemon afterHiAndromon is gone.

These are the 3 tamers you have to fight to get the code keys. One tamer hasa Machinedramon, LadyDevimon, and a Parasimon. Take out Machinedramon firstsince Giga Cannon can hit a Digimon 5 times. Being a machine type Digimonuse water and/or lighting type techs against him. Focus on LadyDevimon next.Last but not least is Parasimon. Use the same tactics on him as you usedagainst Lady Devimon.

Be around level 20+ and champion Digimon will do fine but its best to haveultimate level Digimon. Have stats around 600 HP, 450 MP, and 180 in all

other stats. Another tamer has a Cyberdramon and a Cannondramon. Target eachone and use the strongest moves you have. The other tamer has 2 Infermon anda Black Rapidmon. Take out Black Rapidmon first then go after the twoInfermon. Infermon appears to be weak against fire type techs.

The first round is very easy. Use whatever method you want to take out theseDigimon. The second round is just like the first round. The third and finalround is a bit harder than the first two rounds. If you have any moves thatcan hit 3 spaces or more then use them. Focus on Gallantmon first then whenhe is gone turn your attention to the 2 Diaboromon.
