Report on Implementation Process

29 Mar Our group found out from the following websites:

http://www.nutrition.com.sg http://www.purchon.com/biology/diet.htmWe gathered our information from various “young scientist magazine” issue no:65(L2),52 (L2),70(L3) etc.We also gathered our information from books such as “Times complete home tutor Science”

31 Mar We discussed and decided to design an educational card board game on diet and nutrition. We design a path for the movers on the boardgame and think of types of food that are nutritious or not to the body.

1 April We gathered the information and print out on coloured and matt paper.

6 April Then we cut them to size and pasted them together. We designed and pasted stickers on the boardgame. We found a dice and a few movers.

7 April We played and tried out the game.

Feedback: The game was really fun and interesting . It has benefited us . The group has learnt the health knowledge and skills.

Conclusion: We are now more aware of the type of food we eat whether they are nutritious or not. We realised that some food are not healthy for our body. We also learnt the importance of drinking water and eating plenty of vegetables so as to keep ourselves healthy.
