Mechanical Inspection (All MXF engine related)

12 points of inspection

The mechanical inspection is focused on bringing all

engine emissions components up to the current

standard (EGR related components), making sure the

engine computer has the most up to date calibration

and a thorough check for any other mechanical issues.

Cab Interior


The cab interior inspection is focused on

every aspect of the vehicle interior from the

HVAC and APU operation to ensuring all the

lighting and power options function properly.

Around the vehicle inspection (Vehicle Exterior)


The exterior vehicle inspection is focused on

inspecting for loose bracketry, checking the

exhaust, ensuring all air lines are routed properly,

5th wheel operation and tires pass inspection.

Under-the-hood or raised cab inspection


The under-the-hood inspection is focused on fluid

leaks, routing and clipping of wires, hoses and

lines to make sure they are not rubbing.

Checking belts and hoses for cracks and dry rot.

Under-vehicle inspection


The under-vehicle inspection is focused on inspecting

for fluid leaks, driveline wear and a thorough

inspection of the brake drums and shoes.

Final procedures


The final procedure are designed to ensure

the entire check list has been completed

and all proper documentation is with the

vehicle. Unit is now DOT ready.

Vehicle Detailing


The vehicle detailing covers cleaning

the interior, installing a new mattress

and steam cleaning the engine.
