1. INTRODUCTION This report is prepared to summarize exploration work performed by Rubicon Minerals Corporation on the Adams Lake property being submitted to the Ministry of North em Development and Mines for assessment credit. Expenditures of$91,428 are being submitted for assessment credit incurred for two drill holes totaling 612.1 metres, drilled between March 16,2005 and March 23,2005. Core logging was performed by Rubicon geologist Crystal Hoffe and work was supervised by Rubicon geologist Terry Bursey.
2. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION, LOCATION AND ACCESS The Adams Lake Property is located in the Bateman and Balmer Townships within the Red Lake Mining Division, Ontario fourteen kilometres east northeast of the town of Red Lake (Figure 1). The property consists of 34 mining claims, totaling 224 units (Table 1) and is accessible by truck via logging roads from Nungesser Road. Claims are under option to Goldcorp Inc.

3. EXPLORATION WORK PERFORMED The Adams Lake property is underlain by rocks of the Red Lake Greenstone Belt. Primary geology c(:)llsists of mafic to intermediate metavolcanics with minor ultramafic, felsic, iron formation and diorite rocks. Exploration targets include mafic and ultramafics of the Balmer stratigraphy.
A total of 312.1 metres were drilled, on claims 1247979, 1247980 and 1184325 (Table 2).
