Summary of the monitoring report
MAIN FINDINGS:
• DIALE is transferring an innovation with endless application opportunities in the partner countries and in Finland, too.
• DIALE has made very good progress and all work packages are in line with the original plan.
• The partners are motivated and have produced the contractually agreed outcomes (by August 2011). The partner group’s atmosphere is clearly very good.
• The use of social media supports the project management and dissemination of outcomes well.
Further actions:
• In case there is a need to modify the work plan or budget (please see CIMO’s webpage for further information on the budget/workplan amendment request www.cimo.fi/leonardo -> innovation siirto -hankkeet -> osallistujalle), CIMO should be notified at least one month before the end of the project’s contractual period
Recommendations
• The coordinator could provide feedback to partners on the quality of the financial and content related materials: this makes it easier for partners to know how to perfume in the future.
• The Facebook community could provide information on dialogical method card applications in different fields & sector in order to give ideas to new users.
• Partners should update their dissemination and valorization plans e.g. after interim report.
• Although the coordinator is responsible for the valorization work packages, all partners need to understand their role in the process.
Best practices
• The use of social media including wiki and facebook enhance the quality of dissemination
and valorization of the project and outcomes.• Documentation of the transfer of innovation in wiki is a
good practice: it provides a lot of useful information for project leaders on current developments.
• HAMK AOKK’s project fair (tuotemessut) is a nice way to disseminate the project and outcomes within the organization.
