Random sampling technique is used in this report.
SAMPLE SIZEThirty respondents were chosen from all three
types of product .Total sample size is 90.
SOURCE OF DATABoth type i.e. Primary as well as Secondarydata are
used in this report.

CONCLUSIONAt last we can say that level of customer
satisfaction is almost same in all three types of products but Trustline Equity holders are a bit more satisfied in comparison with other product type.
In case of advisory and research the Trustline mutual fund holders are bit more satisfied.
In case of services from relationship manager the Trustline mutual fund holder are more satisfied than Trustline commodity and Trustline equity holders.
Cont….If we see the satisfaction level according to
returns then Trustline equity holders are more satisfied with the returns in Trustline commodity holder and Trustline mutual fund holder.
LimitationTime was a big constraint while studying
such a big marketMany of the respondents give biased answers, so
the result can be incorrect.Some questionnaire are filled on the basis of
telephonic interview with the clients thus it can be wrong.
Some respondent have not time to give answers and fill questionnaire.
