BUSINESSES

Attraction of domestic and foreign investments by: Supporting the implementation of strategic investment projects,

organizing round tables, trainings; Providing consultation and training in initiating and developing a

business; Guiding and supporting young entrepreneurs; Taking into account entrepreneurs’ opinion when approving

administrative decisions, related to economic policy; Promoting domestic entrepreneurs’ products by ensuring their

participation in exhibitions and fairs.

Within the BCIS – provision of qualitative services, based on the identified needs and requirements, maximum assistance to beneficiaries; Travel of the mobile team to the village requested by the mayor and according to the timetable of visits planned in advance.These lead to: increased access to quality information and services; less time, money and effort spent to find relevant information and access services; the first sittings of the BCIS were held in January 2011; so far, as many as 1,920 beneficiaries were provided with information and services; Hence, over the BCIS period of activity, citizens’ appeals to the president of the district dropped down by 43%, and petitions submitted to various institutions reduced by 12%, compared with the same period of 2010.

PNAET is a programme addressed to young persons, aged between 18-30 years, willing to develop their business skills, to launch or to extend a business in rural areas in the farming or production fields, by this creating new jobs.

Granting credits in the maximum amount of up to MDL 300,000  

(refund period – maximum 5 years); 40% of the credit is offered as grant

As many as 21 credits in the amount of MDL 5,460,000 were offered to support the initiation of businesses

creating 74 new jobs.

Main objective – to promote and facilitate the employment of the youth, by developing entrepreneurial activities.

Entrepreneurial training courses on developing business plans and starting up businesses. 15 grants to start up and expand businesses, in the amount of MDL 345,000 .

3 businesses benefited from the grant in the amount of MDL 665,000 – the largest part of the funding was used to expand businesses:

LLC “Casa Iepurilor,” village of Ciulucani, Popa Roman - breeding rabbits – acquisition of hutches;

PF “Gaina Petru,” village of Chitcani, Gaina Petru - currant, gooseberry – hail net;

LLC ”Zmuvinadorvic-Metal,” village of Negureni, Zmuncila Victor – wrought iron processing equipment.
