Requirements are mostly consistent across on-premise, online and hybrid scenarios

Issues are mostly vendor-agnostic. Swapping out Microsoft software for an alternative will make little difference when adopting the same approach (web app vs email vs fileshare)

Online services are introducing new methods with emphasis on mobile working and convenience, moving away from ‘web site’ for document-centric scenarios

Recommendations vary depending on organisational priorities and industry/domain-specific requirements
